Being that you’re a Lobos fan, do you remember this game:

That 14:26 minute long drive by Navy was absolutely incredible. 26 plays too. I think it still holds the record for the longest sustained (time-wise) drive in college football.

I’m not saying this to rub it in. I was just wondering if you remembered it. I saw it on TV and I was in awe of Navy’s run game. I think they went for it on 4th down something like four times.

Why rub salt in the wound? Just kidding! That was an amazing drive. When Lobo RB Dontrel Moore went down with a knee injury early in the 2nd quarter I knew things would go south. Lobos needed him to keep the Navy offense off the field. That drive, the “Catch” from the 1982 NFC Championship between Dallas and San Francisco, and the blown call in the 2014 NFC Divisional game when Dez’s catch was overturned will haunt me until I die.
