Fauci needs to be fired, along with any other Democrat plant in all these agencies. There is absolutely no reason to have a Republican president, if they can’t get other like minded individuals to head and operate the entire government. The Democrats obviously do it, so quit wasting time Mr. President.

If they are a Democrat, every decision is suspect, they do not think in the same way as we do, thus their decisions are influenced by leftist motives, just as our decisions should be influenced by conservative motives. It affects everything.

Fauci was nor ready for this

Fauci foot dragging on known, safe and inexpensive cure

Fauci pushing tests with a known high rate of false positives

Enough. He needs to go.

Yes, and it does kinda beg the question about his associate, Dr. Birx.

Any dubious loyalty or hidden agenda with her?

Make people earn your trust, no matter how uh, attractive they are?

It seems to me that there is enough evidence to use chloroquinine liberally early in the treatment of high risk infected individuals - for example, patients over 75 or those with existing pulmonary or immmune disorders.

It may be premature to give this to the 10s or 100s of thousands of Americans who will test positive for the virus in the coming days, but are young, healthy and at very little risk.

The problem with Fauci and the medical establishment is that they are asking the public to submit to draconian measures to respond to what they characterize as a unprecedented situation, but for the most part seem completely unwilling to consider the possibility of modifying their standard procedures.

The blame for the lack of availability of tests rests entirely on the shoulders of the bureaucrats at the CDC (90% of whom voted for Hillary). The only extent in which Trump is to blame is he should have ordered the CDC and FDA to approve private development and production 2 weeks before he finally did.

Now that this upon us, we should streamline the processes for approval of drugs for treatment to days and for approval of vaccines to months. Yes, collect the statistics and do the science. Yes, limit the use of treaments that are not fully vetted to the individuals with the most risk.

We are also hearing constant news reports of shortages of medical personnel. Why can’t we temporarily change the requirements for medical workers? Let’s put students training in health professions to work (they are probably at much lower risk than 65 year old doctors). Let’s call for volunteers. There are plenty of patriotic individuals who would rather help than sit at home. Surely the basics of treating individuals with one specific condition could be taught to any educated person in a few days.

If this truly is an unprecedented national emergency, the health and medical bureaucracy needs to start acted like it.

Fauci’s own comments – intentionally downplaying the potential for hydroxychloroquine to treat coronavirus

If he gets CV, what will he beg to be treated with?

Trump and Pence do not need to be on the same stage together and certainly not with so many at the podium.

I like most of David’s pieces - this one.... meh.

I don’t care if Tony loved Hillary... he seems supportive of the President, and a good spokesman for the team.

Throwing a little cold water on hydroxychloroquine might be wise - offering hope has its time and place - but raising hopes prematurely can backfire - his hedging now may protect the President from having to walk it back later if hydrochloroquibe turns out not to be the miracle cure we all hope it is.
