(Vanity/Rumor/News) Curfew Expected in Pennsylvania
First Hand Experience ^ | March 20, 2020 | ConservativeInPa

I just arrived at the dialysis clinic for my treatment. I was given a letter for me to show authorities to allow me to travel in the event of a curfew. Clinic staff said a curfew was highly likely. The letter was signed by the National Incident Commander of Fresenius Medical Services. This is a large company, with clinics throughout the US.

That’s what I figured. The Dodge is pretty extinct but those Crown Vics are still everywhere. I’ve read after the cops auction them off, they go out to 400,000 miles plus as taxis.

I saw a news story last night that Wolf was going to use PSP to enforce closures. This was after he said he wouldn’t. Sorry, no source, you talking to two troopers is more reliable.

I have the die cast scale model of the one Hunter drove in the 80s.

Monacos seem pretty much extinct.

If I had a bar in PA located outside city limits I’d be racking in the bucks.

My daughter was out last night. She heard about the first speakeasy in Harrisburg.

Just keep a bag of groceries in your car as an “excuse” to be out and about.

“PA is already down to EMERGENCY related business’s all closed and told to work at home.”

We’re in a manufacturing business. Metals companies are exempted. Critical manufacturing is exempted. The phones were burning up this morning with suppliers and customers calling in a panic that we might be closed. I’m sure that this is happening with every manufacturer that has chosen to stay open and take advantage of the exempt list.

Now if the governor is going to close down travel so that we can’t get to work. THAT is going to be a problem.

That’s the joke about the ‘exemptions’. Anybody in basic manufacturing can point to at least one customer that clearly is “life support”. But try explaining the distinction to the nice state trooper who shows up in the front lobby asking to speak to the owner or manager.

I know a guy who buys used Crown Vics from the cops, rehabs them, and sells them back to the cops.

He has one as a personal car. The only problem with it is that people always slow down when he’s behind them.

They had a full frame (of course only pickups have that now) which makes the body structure and suspension robust. And the drivetrain was a design that was perfected over many years.
