What is evident here is that this video is a clear hail Mary in the CYA mode of politics, and it illustrates one of two factors to be in play, neither of which look for Adler. Either he is compelling his gentry to head out and congregate in the midst of a public health crisis, or he has realized the impetuous decision he made and sees the economic disaster he has provoked. Either the case, this appears to be a completely disqualifying maneuver on the part of the mayor...

Then don’t! Call them and get them to send you a PS-3227R aka the orange envelope. You put a check in it for your stamps and you should have stamps that day if your carrier actually keeps them like he/she/it is supposed to, or two days later at most.
You can always get online and order them at USPS.com and they will send them out. Biggest benefit is you get to chose which ones you want. Costs an extra $1.30 or so, but beats getting the coronavirus or the flu or whatever else is running around your neck of the woods.
Coachella has been postponed, until October, I just saw on news.
Maybe the Austin Mayor should’ve ‘postponed’ SXSW.
Now, he’ll be lucky if anyone returns.
