My mom worked in a psych ward as a nurse and there was a young woman who used to form chess pieces out of her feces.

I used to train dogs and I generally pay a great deal of attention to them.
I have encountered many goldens that seem to have tennis-ball OCD and other bizarre traits.

I’ve had 11 (all rescues) and they are sweet, loyal, and great exercise partners (except in HOT weather).

This is obviously someone struggling with extreme mental health issues and isn’t getting the medical attention needed.

They probably do have extreme mental problems and are filthy, disgusting and stupid, but the reason they eat their own poop and drink their own urine is because the drugs that they are addicted to are filtered out by their liver, kidneys and digestive system and end up in their poop and urine. Eating their own poop and drinking their own urine is a cheap way to get high again. I have seen it myself.
