on Wednesday to a joint session of the California Legislature and told the predominantly controlled by Democrats body that of a new proposal that would allow doctors to write out prescriptions for housing as part of a five-point plan to combat Californias homelessness situation.\
Garbled syntax and mangled grammar. FAIL.

Most homeless do need a home. They used to have one. It is called a mental institution.

Seems like this is insulting to doctors, IMO. Newsom is suggesting that doctors should be “social workers”.

My doc is a sweetheart.
She will be happy to write a prescription giving me authorization to take over all of the houses of all of the Democratic members of Congress plus Bloomberg plus Gates plus Bozos.

Does this idiot think he can get federally (largely) funded Medicaid to pay for housing his homeless? And, yes, I know that California calls it Medi-cal.

A prescription doesn't pay for the drugs. It allows you to buy ones which are otherwise prohibited by the government. Although I expect that is what the Kookifornia governor thinks - that housing should only be allowed by the government in a few cases.
Meanwhile, we have to talk about Bernie's overdose problem on prescription housing.

Need a scrip for Carmel Valley. Oh, and one for no taxes on it since that would make me anxious.

Go figure! No 1 cause of homelessness in the land of fruits and nuts is lack of affordable housing! So a doctors script is going to fix that? With the insanity in the state house, I can see where they get a good supply of the number 4 cause, which is mental illness! These clowns have graduated from fruit and nut classification!

And who pays for this again?
Honestly, what is next, I don’t have transportation so I need a note to buy a car no matter what my credit is?????

I can’t imagine how this will play out. Aren’t social workers already working with the homeless who want help? They know what housing is available. This is another hare-brained Newsome idea.

I get depressed on beautiful summer days when I have to work and thus unable to ride my motorcycle. Perhaps my doctor could write a prescription to get paid days off in the summer for my mental health.

The Sanctuary Sycophants, their families, their friends should be forced to share or give up their homes to the invaders. After all, invaders deserve a nice place to stay.
