Texas is an open-primary state, so voters can decide if they want
to vote in the republican or democratic primary. Whatever party
you decide, you can only vote in that same party’s runoff.

State wide Texas will be in the GOP column. Locally some areas
will be heavily for the democrat.

I have been known to cross over to sabotage the commies, Just might vote for Tulsi in the (TX) primary only. I know she has zero chance of winning. There might be other down ballot fun as well.
