Someone should ask what training he received from the military prior to being commissioned as a 1st lieutenant.
A Navy Lieutenant is same as other branch Captains...two silver bars, “railroad tracks”. Direct commissions are only normally given for prized skills such as physicians, dentists, nurses etc. And even at that they have to go through some sort of basic officer training program. At least that’s the way it used to be, Butt probably got his commission the same way Hunter Biden did...political connection.
Navy lieutenant is equivalent to Army captain.
