On February 14th, 1990 for Michael Bloomberg’s 48th birthday, staffers at Bloomberg L.P celebrated their boss’ most famous offensive quips and anecdotes by creating a pamphlet and presenting him with a leather-bound copy. Some of the quotes are anti-female, anti-faith, and someone who looks down upon people who aren’t like him. Called The Portable Bloomberg: The Wit and Wisdom of Michael Bloomberg, it was edited by Bloomberg L.P.’s chief marketing officer Elisabeth DeMarse. Some of the tidbits in the pamphlet include:
The only liberal I trust is a rich old liberal. Why? Because they’re old enough to understand what they’re saying, and they’re rich enough to pay for what they say!
If women wanted to be appreciated for their brains, they’d go to the library instead of to Bloomingdale’s.
The three biggest lies are: The check’s in the mail, I’ll respect you in the morning, and I’m glad that I’m Jewish.
If Jesus was a Jew, why does he have a Puerto Rican first name?
At the beginning of the book DeMarse wrote “Editor’s Note” that reads, “Yes, these are all actual quotes. No, nothing had been embellished or exaggerated. And yes, some things were too outrageous to include. When I joined BLOOMBERG Financial Markets, I wondered if I had inadvertently joined a religious sect, such was the dedication of the employees to its founder, and their enthusiasm for the company. Today, I’m a convert. And when we rent Madison Square Garden for mass nuptials, I’ll be there.”
Michael Wolff interviewed Ms. DeMarse in 2001 for New York Magazine:
“This is Bloomberg culture,” she said. “You have to understand, Mike is very uncensored.” After a second, she went on: “When Mike says outrageous things, it’s sort of a test. It’s a loyalty test. It’s a bonding thing when everyone laughs. You stop thinking that it might be inappropriate.”
“Is all of this a direct quote, Wolff asked, these are his actual words?”
“Yes.”
Here are some more Bloombergisms:
[Marriage] Sex with someone you love… is sex with someone you love. The plusses are you don’t have to buy dinner and the only thing you catch with callouses,” and “Whenever my wife catches me eyeing some broad, she’s very careful to turn to me and say, ‘That’s the most expensive piece of arse in the world! It [Bloomberg L.P[ will do everything, including give you a blow job. I guess that puts a lot of you girls out of business. I believe in the capitalist system and free enterprise. The only exception is 8th Avenue, where people pay for what they could get for free [hookers]. There are three types of favorite restaurants: Where would you go if you had to eat there forever – I’d say ’21’. Then, where would you go for your last meal – Le Cygne. Then, there’s where you would take your wife for your last meal – McDonald’s Make the customer think he’s getting laid when he’s getting fu**ed.

Michael Bloomberg’s recently revealed statements about stop and frisk, show him to be a racist, but his booklet, embedded below shows him to be an arrogant misogynist who doesn’t like liberalism or faith. Bloomberg is the new Democratic Party’s great “moderate” hope. In other words, they are in greater trouble than most commentators think.
I expect he will go off tonight................
Here’s the problem for the Dems: Bloomberg gave them $100 million to take back the House. He’s scattered cash to Dems all over the country. They have to kiss his ring and they know Bernie would lose 40+ states.
Bloomberg didn’t even qualify to run in Nevada. He’s not on the ballot... but he’s in the debate.
DNC is still run by Hillary and her cronies and is super corrupt with super delegates. They keep everyone in the race and scatter out the first vote with no clear winner. Second vote at the convention, all bets are off and it’s up for grabs. They can nominate anyone they want.
Look for Bloomberg to take flak from all sides tonight. He’s very monotone and strictly a New York political figure. Won’t translate to middle America and that’ll be clear by the end of the night.
We now have some evidence that he has a personality.
Honestly, some of these quotes are quite funny.
And probably what you would expect from a typical NYC business executive.
This Dem debate should be fun to watch. The ultimate drinking game!

Gotta hand it to the Little Guy. He is a total douche-nozzle. No question about it.
They are funny quotes, but this is the Dem party. NO HUMOR ALLOWED.
You can’t joke about women, trannies, etc. and this will tank him with the PC crowd.
Dem party is an amalgam of groups. They slice and dice America and got 65 million votes for a candidate as terrible as Hillary Clinton. Blacks, Hispanics, LGBTQ crowd, Muslims, unions, single women, pro-aborts (again, mostly women), and the far-left socialists.
If we post what Bloomberg, the purpose is to attack the Dem core constituency to reject Bloomberg and pick an easier candidate to defeat, like say Crazy Bernie or Sleepy Joe.
He’s not used to being talked back to, or given any push-back at all, from anybody.
He’s used to being THE MAN in CHARGE.
If he keeps his temper in line he may survive, but the others will be poking him with a stick all night long..............

Whatever, when the video of Bloomberg surfaces the democrats won’t give a rats rear end. Still, the more that this stuff surfaces and the more they support this guy, the funnier it is.
And they all say, “yeah but Trump!!” Ok, but they haven’t accepted it from Trump. Instead, they have impeached him for it.

It innoculates Trump and shows the Dem hypocrisy. Will also keep women voters at home and the Bernie/Warren socialist wing. She’s sticking around in hopes of a VP or cabinet position at this point. 3-5% of the delegates might make her a king-maker at the convention.

Yes, but it keeps their core constituencies from being motivated to show up. Bernie had 20,000 fewer votes this time around than 2016. We want the core voters of the Dem party to just stay home in 2020 because the party sold them out.
I have to tell you...I just read it. As an executive in a bank at the same time, there is NOTHING in there I hadn’t heard before. It’s the lack of originality that’s a disappointment.
