The Impeachment by the House was a virtue signaling event from one Leftist to another. It was a media event. The SCOTUS cannot change that.
It is a failed coup.

The way Nancy, Adam, and Gerald are going he’s going to be the most impeached President in history. Let them keep trying. The Justice Department needs to pursue a boatload of corruption investigations/prosecutions.

That’s why I said Mitch McConnell should have sent them right back to the house and declare them as null and void because they didn’t contain any actual crimes.
They can argue about it in history about whether or not he was actually impeached then AND it would have highlighted that point.
