Actually I am going to sort of agree with him. The FISA Court started this mess by knowingly let their jurisdiction and it’s instruments be used as a political weapon. It’s either that or the most egregious case of job responsibility abandonment ever. Either way the FISA court should be disbanded and the judges on it fired for not even asking questions on matters brought before it that authorize Watergate style surveillence on steroids and a fat budget.
