Does Atty. Gen. Barr have control over his Department of Justice or not? If he does, why is it so difficult to get these names? Why does the Justice Department upgrade its demands for sentencing of general Flynn?

Sharyl Attkisson’s lawsuit is coming on the heels of the Justice Department recommending that General Flynn spend 6 months in jail.
Clearly, Obama’s banana republic police state is still very much in charge within the D.C. bureaucracies.
