Iranian leaders issued strident calls on Friday for revenge against the United States after the killing of Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani in an overnight airstrike at the Baghdad airport. The strike spurred mass displays of public mourning by Iran and its network of allies across the Middle East.
Today multiple rockets hit a military base in Iraq on Saturday where U.S. troops are stationed while mortars were fired at a high-security facility that houses the U.S. Embassy, according to multiple reports.
Reuters reported, “Several rockets fell on Saturday inside Baghdad’s heavily fortified Green Zone, its Jadriya neighborhood, and the Balad airbase housing U.S. troops.”
But it seems that this is just the beginning!
For the first time in recorded history, the symbolic “Red Flag” of Iran has been hoisted up over the holy dome of the famous Jamkarān Mosque, which is located in the city of Qom.
Me too! They're really great for drying the dishes, or keeping the sun off your neck. And if you're out in the woods somewhere, and don't have any toilet paper along, the ol' "Red Flag of Doom" can save your butt (one time only ;^)!
I am not a neocon, but Iran has spat in our face repeatedly. They have earned what is coming to them.

These are not stupid people. They have wargamed all of this.
Let’s talk about how easy they are when we are done. Our Military better be planning as if we are going up against China and Russia at the same time.

How can you have increased tensions when there already increased on a daily basis?
