Established in 2001 after the 9/11 attack on America, this thread is designed to identify threats to America, both internal and external, and evaluate the probability of those threats occurring and the extent of potential damage. Discussions may stray into ‘tinfoil’ territory, but the goal is to peel back and confirm information so we can make founded decisions and actions.

Wuhan Virus -

President Trump was released from WRAH back to the White House where his recovery from wuhan virus will be monitored.

CDC is revising its transmission warnings for wuhan virus for airborne methods. This down plays the aerosol vector and back to droplets from sneezing, etc. This goes to reinforce the mask/distancing mantra of recent.

Economy -
Reviewing an executive order last week declaring a national emergency over the supply lines of more than a dozen rare-earth elements for their critical functions in America’s military and industry. China produces / exports 31 of the 35 critical minerals and the US has no domestic production for 14 of the critical minerals and is completely dependent on imports to supply its demand - an economic sword of Damocles over the US and the rest of the world. The US does have deposits available to wean itself off from China, but development will be fought tooth and nail by environmental groups largely funded by outside interests - like China.

Apparently trying to leverage the President’s infection to her advantage (she has said as much in interviews ) talks with Treasury Sec Mnuchin have failed to reached a stimulus agreement. Key differences include democrat demand for $600/week unemployment which has shown to be a detriment to restoring jobs/economy.

CW2/Civil Unrest -
Important consideration is a comment found on the internet today - “Once you’re able to shut people up through fear, intimidation or brainwashing, the race to the bottom begins whether of the economy or your trip bottom of the mass grave.” Place into context the past six months.

A few dozen rioters occupied their Monday night vandalizing the LAPD headquarters and breaking out windows down town. A few arrests were made.

The National Guard now has two rapid response police units, one in Arizona and one in Alabama, in preparation for a major unrest situation. Each unit has 300 members. Arizona would cover the west and Alabama, the east. They have a 24 hour deployment window. Units are in preparation for election day associated violence. The protocol is first the Governors utilize their own National Guard. If that doesn’t work, then they can request help from the surrounding region. These units were created for use if the other areas are experiencing such unrest that they need greater assistance.
MY OBSERVATION - this is far too few forces, as one city alone could swallow up one of these units.

Iran -
RUMINT - Iran’s President, Hassan Rouhani, has been infected with the Coronavirus. NOTE - Iran was hammered by the first round of infections and hasn’t fully recovered.

Lebanon -
US brokered talks between Lebanon and Israel continue in an effort to iron out issues regarding an area in the Eastern Mediterranean, known as Block 9, where Israel is developing its natural gas resources. The disputed area is not large and Lebanese cannot develop their potential gas fields before the dispute it solved.

Turkey -
Canada has suspended export permits to Turkey to protest Turkish support for Azerbaijan and their use of Turkish supplied weapons.

Armenian / Azerbaijani -
Armenia is suffering more losses. Azerbaijan is randomly bombing civilian areas in Stepanakert. Photos coming out show substantial damage to residential areas. More twitter footage shows Talish under Azeri control after 26 years under Armenian control. International calls for a cease fire continue to be ignored by Azerbaijan.
MY OBSERVATION - what is the red line that when crossed will trigger greater Russian involvement on the side of Armenia?

Black Swans -
More trouble in former soviet countries. Kyrgyzstan has broken out in riots protesting vote-rigging claims. They have set the “White House” in Bishkek on fire and freed ex-president Almazbek Atambayev from prison where he was sentenced earlier this year to 11 years.

Family issues interjected into life, may do more in the future.

NYC Mayor Deblasio and Gov Coumo threatening to shut down Jewish Synagogues during this holy period if they don’t follow stricter shut down requirements.

Economy -
Stimulus talks are at a standstill, since democrats want to force through pork $$$$ for pet projects. The president called off further negotiations, preferring to force the hand of Pelosi to pass clean spending bills on targeted items viewed as critical by the nation and leaders, such as the $1200 direct payments and loan programs.

CW2/Civil Unrest -
15 ‘militia’ members were arrested for threats to kidnap/kill the Michigan Governor Whitmer, destroy the state house and other acts.

Flying under the radar are reports that subelements of the Antifa umbrella, in one case the Socialist Gun Association (SRA) have been conducting drives to train and supply medics to support riots. These and other civic ‘support’ projects are common in early insurgency efforts to garner support of the populace and expand their recruitment base.

The small town of Wauwatosa WI was hammered by riots in protest of the DA’s decision not to charge a black police officer for the death of a black criminal. Rioters particularly targeted residential neighborhoods, break windows and vandalizing the residents.

Trouble also brewed up in Minneapolis as the former police officer charged in the death of Floyd was released on bail.

NYT editorial called for international intervention to remove Trump from the presidency.

Election 2020 -
House Speaker Pelosi stated that there will be a meeting tomorrow to discuss Art 25 proceedings against the President. It is assumed that the conference will be held with congressional democrat leaders. Fox new notes “The 25th Amendment requires a declaration of the president’s inability from the vice president and either a majority of either the heads of executive branch departments “or of such other body as Congress may by law provide,” to be sent to the speaker of the House—in this case, Pelosi—and the president pro tempore of the Senate—currently Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa.”

ISIS/Domestic Terror -
Two terrorists charged in the beheading of Americans were deported to the US yesterday to stand trial.

China -
International views of China have grown more negative over the past few months. Leading the list is how China handled the wuhan virus and its aftermath.

China’s state-sponsored Global Times put out another warning to Taiwan to ‘prepare for war’. US support of Taiwan and the ongoing tour of Asia by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo seeking support for U.S. efforts to contain China.

Russia -
The situations in Belarus and Armenia/Azerbaijan has created difficulties for Russia policies in former Soviet republics.

Iran -
Iran displayed a new anti-ship missile with a range up to 700 km. Iran says it is similar to China’s DF-21D anti-ship missile. Iran lately has been showing off some of its newer military systems, particularly drones, over the past several weeks.

Venezuela -
Iranian agents are reported to be key to maintaining the current government.

Armenian / Azerbaijani -
Azeri force began a two pronged offensive in the north and south. The offensive so far has been relatively successful, pushing more than 10 miles into the disputed region.

More evidence that things aren’t going well for Armenia, Armenia’s prime minister on Tuesday said the country is ready to make “mutual concessions” with Azerbaijan to resolve their ongoing conflict in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region. Russia has reportedly confirmed support for Armenia if Azerbaijan continues its attacks.

China is still stalling international efforts to understand the origin of the wuhan virus. No shock here.

Researchers at Britain’s University College London claim that 86% of those testing positive during the lock down did not have key symptoms.

Daily deaths continue to decline in the US, a fact ignored by the MSN/Left in favor of continuing the panic of increased infection detections.

Regeneron submitted an “emergency use authorization” request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its Covid-19 antibody treatment. This is the same treatment that President Trump received last weekend.

Economy -
Trump’s pull out of the stimulus negotiations combined with his tweets for a clean stimulus package that would easily gain bipartisan support seems to have moved the ball a little. However, Pelosi continues to refuse a clean bill without her laundry list of pork and political gifts.

CW2/Civil Unrest -
New facts come out about the ‘militia’ that was arrested in a plot against Gov Whitmer. Turns out they are avowed ANTI-Trump and pro anarchists. A video of Brandon Caserta, one of the ringleaders of the group of men arrested for a plot where the group planned to kidnap Gov Whitmer is out on the inter webs. Caserta has an anarchist flag behind him and in YouTube videos trashes police. He’s not a Republican, he’s an anarchist. In videos he claims to hate Trump, calling him a tyrant. One of the other leaders, Pete Musico, shares the same philosophy.

Reuters is reporting that the prospects of civil unrest around election day have prompted a chain of US survival communities to “activate” - opening their doors for members to hunker down in bomb shelters, with an abundance of weapons and ammo, and years worth of food. One such chain - Fortitude Ranch doomsday camps in West Virginia and Colorado will open both facilities to members on election day because of the threat of social unrest. Reuters quotes the survival camp’s CEO Drew Miller as pointing out that chatter on social media suggest election results could tilt the country into civil war. Miller did not rule out that possibility...
“This will be the first time we have opened for a collapse disaster, though it may end up not being so,” said Miller in an emailed statement. “We consider the risk of violence that could escalate in irrational, unpredictable ways into widespread loss of law and order is real.”

MY OBSERVATIONS - A tactic that BLM/Antifa rioters are expanding the use of are direct support vehicles. By this I mean rioter-controlled vehicles positioned on the front lines of action. In one case, they served as chase vehicles/quick response force for road blockers like the instance in LA a few weeks back. This past week, two instances caught my attention- one in the recent riots in Wisconsin where Antifa foot soldiers followed behind a Prius-looking vehicle and moved under its limited cover towards police lines. Another instance is where they used vehicles to block off access to riot areas, effectively limiting police reinforcement to the focus of their attacks.

Election 2020 -
The president has been cleared to resume public engagements this weekend.

Speaker Pelosi and Rep. Jamie Raskin are going to introduce the Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge the Powers and Duties of Office Act. It will create the process called for in the 25th Amendment to enable Congress to help ensure uninterrupted exec branch leadership. More accurately, enable congress to try to expel the President from office. Doubt the Senate will go for it, but shows Pelosi’s desperation.

China -
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s meetings with representatives from Japan, India, and Australia, appear to be designed to try to develop plans for a NATO-type anti-China alliance in Asia. However, implementation may fall away in a similar fashion that SEATO did, given the huge trade levels with China by those nations.

N Korea -
Massive parade is expected Saturday and expect some sort of provocations as well. In this past this consisted of missile launches of some sort. Japan is also keeping a wary eye on NK activities

Hong Kong -
Trials of some 700 arrested following break out of protests/riots in 2019 continue.

Israel -
Israel has signed an aviation agreement with Jordan that will allow flights from the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain to fly through Israeli airspace. Commercial planes now able to fly through the Israel-Jordan corridor, shortening most flight times.

Iran -
US Treasury has sanctioned 18 Iranian banks, effectively blacklisting most of the Iranian financial sector.

Lebanon -
Hezbollah states that the current negotiations between Israel and Lebanon over maritime borders are not about making peace with Israel. Hezbollah has been trying to regain favor in the eyes of Lebanese following the economic disaster that has hit the country as well as other issues, such as the mega explosion in Beirut port last month.

Afghanistan -
President Trump on Wednesday tweeted that the United States should withdraw all of its troops from Afghanistan by Christmas. Previous projections have fewer than 2500 troops in country in 2021.

Iraq -
Internet disruptions in Tehran from 7:00 p.m. local time (15:30 UTC); real-time network data show regional restrictions in Iran as thousands take to the streets to commemorate outspoken singer Shajarian. Master singer Mohammad Reza Shajarian died yesterday at 80. He was a household name to many Iranians & Persian-speaking ppl around the world. He was banned by Iranian authorities from performing since 2009 for supporting the protests against the regime.

Syria -
Assad continues to throw cold water over rumors of peace negotiations with Israel. Most recently he has stated that the return of the Golan Heights is a precondition to any Israel - Syrian peace.

Belarus -
Scattered rioting continues as international sanctions ramp up.

Armenian / Azerbaijani -
Azerbaijan and Armenia have reportedly both agreed to join peace talks in Moscow. Meanwhile, Azeri forces continue their offensive in the north and south. Khankedi/Stephanakert continue to be under substantial artillery attack. Stepanakert, is the capital of the ethnic Armenian enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Kyrgyzstan-
Kyrgyzstan’s President Jeenbekov declares state of emergency regime in capital Bishkek as gunshots are heard amid rallies the capital – Reuters Violence began about three days ago in the wake of elections in Kyrgyzstan. Opposition forces have declared themselves in charge and the president clinging on to power but largely absent.

Black Swans -
Grímsvötn volcano on Iceland is under heightened watch conditions with an eruption expected in the near future. In 2011 an eruption sent ash 20 Km into the atmosphere, causing the cancellation of about 900 passenger flights. Similar eruption will cause an already struggling air line industry more problems. Grímsvötn is Iceland’s most frequently erupting volcano, and over the past 800 years some 65 eruptions are known with some certainty. Ireland, Britain and western Europe could feel the impacts of the ash fall as well, creating other health challenges.

Scott Atlas, a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force, tweeted support for the Great Barrington Declaration: “Top scientists all over the world line up with the Covid_19 policy of President Trump. Protect the vulnerable and OPEN schools and society. That is the science!” Nearly 175,000 people have signed the Great Barrington Declaration, which calls for a “focused protection” strategy instead of lockdowns.

While the official new infection count rises, the media fails to report that deaths continue to decrease. But then the narrative has to be one to create fear, not hope.

Economy -
56% of those surveyed say that inspire of the wuhan virus chaos, they are better off today than under 0bama/Biden.

Trump has approved a 1.8 Trillion dollar stimulus plan that Pelosi has rejected outright because it doesn’t contain pork for her pet projects.

NOAA reports that natural disasters have cost the US about $16 Billion dollars this year. 9 months of 2020 and the count is currently equal to record years of 2011 and 2017 and is the 6th consecutive year of 10 or more billion dollar disasters have occurred.
Now factor in the effects of rioting of an additional $8 billion (low ball) and the damage to the economy by the wuhan virus shutdown . . . . . . The need to get the economy out of the mud is increasingly serious.

Strategic Deployment’ -
US destroyer John McCain entered waters around the disputed Paracel Islands without China’s permission. China issued a scathing letter denouncing the action as provocative. China has claimed a large portion of the South China Sea - a claim disputed by numerous other nations as well as the US.

CW2/Civil Unrest -
Thursday night, rioters in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin encountered a strong NG force. The rioters then ‘ran back to their cars’ and either left town or joined a caravan that circled through the community. The reason for the retreat was the rioters got spooked into thinking the police were circling around them to cut them off and arrest them. True or not, the tactic worked.

Portland’s current BLM/Antifa loving mayor is about to be ousted by an even more Marxist/leftist individual.
MY OBSERVATION - civic leadership has turned Portland into a kinda NTC for rioters and potential leaders. They can get actual, hands on experience planning, supporting and organizing riots with little or no consequences. Portland DA as dropped over 70% of the arrests and the remaining won’t do much. The catch and release policy basically turns rioters back to the streets in time for the next riot. Election of such an even more out spoken supporter will only entrench the insurrection deeper there and threaten other cities with trained and experienced rioters.

The ‘militia’ threat to Michigan Gov Whitmer narrative continues to blow up in her face as growing proof that these anarchists were more closely affiliated with Antifa than the president.

Growing trend - Smaller groups of several dozen BLM/Antifa gangs have started to routinely intimidate and threaten diners across multiple states and cities. These have proliferated in part due to lack of police response and ease/small demand on logistics to execute. A dozen or so can effectively create chaos and fear into the citizenry who are sitting unprepared eating dinner and intimidate businesses with threats of being targeted for damage if resisted.

Election 2020 -
Stories of mishandled, lost, destroyed, mislabeled etc mail in ballots continue to show up to the extent it is hard for the MSM to ignore it.

Second debate is cancelled after President Trump refuses to do a virtual format.

A lot of interesting commentary on Pelosi’s 25th Amendment bill - that she is actually targeting Biden, not Trump.

N Korea -
Military parades and stuff expected today - except there is now no evidence of any activity, strange. Some reports of a very early (at dawn) exercise/parade but the details are nebulous. Again, out of character with historic behavior.

Israel -
Multiple fires broke out in northern Israel, many believed to have been arson caused and made worse by dry conditions. As many as 5,000 had to be evacuated.

Iran -
Under the Shah, Iran was a prosperous country. Once the mullahs took control things have been on a downward plunge. Today half the population live in absolute poverty while the favored of the mullahs continue to get richer. This has created a powder keg who’s timer is ticking down to zero. Officials fear that this will lead to massive protests, larger than those of the past year, which were the largest in 40 years.

An Iranian diplomat charged in Belgium with planning to bomb a meeting of an exiled Iranian opposition group in France warned authorities of possible retaliation by unidentified groups if he is found guilty, according to a police document.
MY OBSERVATION - Hezbollah has cells throughout Europe, a pretty well know fact, and may be activated to back up this threat. However, Iran is weakened and may have to balance out potential blowback from Europe if such a threat is carried out.

Saudi Arabia -
More analysts suggest that SA is edging closer to some kind of peace agreement with Israel. In part this is due to the PA failure to follow SA and gulf state leadership, who’ve pumped billions of dollars into Gaza and West Bank, with little to show for it. In part also due to US offers to assist in countering the Iranian threat.

Iraq -
Components of Iraq’s 9th Armor Division have been stationed around the Green Zone. It is being reported that all security forces of Baghdad Iraq were put on high alert.

Syria -
Yes, civil war continues an Idlib province is still active with daily artillery exchanges, but nothing appears on the radar that will alter the current status quo. Assad is struggling against a demolished economy and a dissected country to the extent that massing to cleans out the primary area of resistance is still out of reach.

Armenian / Azerbaijani -
“Azerbaijan and Armenia have reached an agreement. A ceasefire will be declared from 00:00 on October 10.” This came after 10 hours of talks between respective FM’s in Moscow. However, less than an hour later, both sides are claiming that the other has broken the ceasefire. Prior to the ceasefire, Azeri forces on the southern front gained additional ground creating a ‘bulge’ in the front. Northern progress has been stopped so far.
MY OBSERVATION - Armenia called for talks first. Azeri forces managed an offensive that gained some territory but has since fizzled out, probably at a high cost of men and material, but provided bargaining chip. Azerbaijan would not have gone to the negotiating table otherwise.

We are well within the most dangerous month of our country’s existence.

President Trump’s doctor states that the President is no longer at risk of transmitting COVID-19. (AP) He intends to resume campaign rallies soon.

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was released from a Morristown hospital Saturday one week after he was admitted for experiencing symptoms related to his coronavirus diagnosis.

CW2/Civil Unrest -
A man participating in what was billed as a “Patriot Rally” in Denver sprayed mace at what now appears to be a private security guard and was shot. The security guard and a local news reporter/producer were taken into custody. The newsman was later released. Initial reports had indicated that it was a conflict between Antifa and conservatives, but the Denver Police has now issued a statement saying that the shooter did not have any ties to the militant leftists. Antifa counter-protestors cheered the shooting.
Evidence that the shooter - Matt Dolloff - is an active BLM/Antifa supporter and has participated in activism, is being gleaned off his social media trail.

China -
Thirty-nine countries, including the United States, released a joint statement this week, criticizing China for its violations of human rights, namely “persons belonging to religious and ethnic minorities, especially in Xinjiang and Tibet.” Need less to say, Beijing is not amused, but this is evidence that global opinion of Xi’s govt is still in the toilet.

China/India -
SecState Pompeo stated that there were 60,000 Chinese troops massed along the disputed border with India. He also said India “absolutely need the United States to be their ally and partner in this fight”. A new round of talks between India and China is expected to begin next week to lower tensions and try to draw down forces.

N Korea -
Well, the parade was held - in darkness. It was anticipated to be a big event, celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Workers Party of Korea. The state authorized video of the parade was televised later in the evening on state run television. Observers are still scratching their heads over this as it hasn’t happened before with NK. Most think that NK was trying to hide information on its strategic weapons.

One of the big items on display was a potential MIRV ICBM. To date, it hasn’t been tested to prove the design or concept. Transported on a huge TEL (11 axels), the rocket is liquid fueled. That poses issues for deployment and reliability unless they have finally solved those issues. North Korea’s new ICBM is much larger than the Hwasong-15 ICBM at about 2 meters in diameter. There is no evidence that this new rocket has ever been test fired.

Another interesting feature was that the jet aircraft had a lot of luminescent strips on them - evidence of a very clear lack of night capability.

Lebanon -
Suffering some of the massive fires plaguing Syria (see below) where there have been more than 100 fires across the country since Thursday, according to George Abu Musa, head of operations for the country’s civil defense.

Syria -
Now battling massive forest fires that have killed 2 and destroyed dozens of homes/buildings. Spokesman for the government states that fires of this magnitude have not been seen in its history.

Belarus -
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has held an unexpected meeting with political opponents in the jail where they are currently detained. State media reported that the president called the meeting to discuss constitutional reform with his imprisoned opponents. The president’s main rival Svetlana Tikhanovskaya who is currently in exile stated you “You can’t have dialogue in a prison cell.” Lukashenko has been condemned by the EU and the US for its handling of the election and results.

Armenian / Azerbaijani -
Artillery shelling continues, but it is being reported that ceasefire by and large is holding. Blasts hit Stepanakert, the capital of disputed region Nagorno-Karabakh and in return a residential apartment block in Azerbaijan’s city of Ganja was destroyed overnight in what officials say was an Armenian missile strike.

China’s mainland reports first coronavirus outbreak in nearly 2 months with 12 confirmed cases in Qingdao. City’s 9 million residents to be tested this week

The World Health Organization’s (WHO) Special Envoy on COVID-19, Dr. David Nabarro, on Friday appealed to “all world leaders” to “stop using lockdown as your primary control method.” Now someone tell the idiots running state governments this choice piece of ‘science’.

While on WHO, their latest numbers indicate an infection fatality rate of roughly or 0.14%. That is 24 times LOWER than the WHO’s “provisional figure” of 3.4% back in March.

CW2/Civil Unrest -
Follow on assessment of available video from this weekend’s murder of a patriot in
Denver indicates that this may have been a planned action. Video shows shortly before the incident, the gun man appears to be acting as a “wingman” for an orange vested individual, and they pass a second orange vest, who makes a hand motion across his face then pivots to follow the two. The shooter is reported to be employed by Pinkerton, however is not licensed to be a security guard in Colorado. Trying to distance its self from the shooter, the local news station, 9News, reported late Sunday that he was hired through another company to accompany its news staff to the protests. Big time lawsuits brewing against the TV station and Pinkerton over this one.

MY OBSERVATION-
This may be a copy-cat of the murder of another patriot in Portland. However, this was blatant, done essentially right in front of police (who responded in seconds) and well video’d. For a group that is concerned about optics, the only conclusions I can come to is that it is a warning to its opponents that they have the capability to do this and second, a kind of training video for insiders on methods and controls.

Riots continued over the weekend at the standard list of hot spots, though at a lower tempo/intensity. The exception being the BLM/Antifa national training center (NTC) of Portland, where they adjusted the target of their rioting towards the Oregon Historical Society and several statues. This is probably due to Monday being Columbus day and they wanted to make their statement against ‘colonialism’ and western civilization. Police made mass arrests on a group of about 75 who targeted a police station. It was reported from videos posted on social media that show protesters who look as uniformed and weaponized as the police.

Election 2020 -
Hearings on the nomination of Barrett to the USSC begin today. Expect very vocal protests in the DC area and even in the hearing room a la Kavanugh .

Israel -
Rumors that Israel and Hama may be close to a 6 month truce over Gaza. Some point to the devastation the corona virus and on-going retaliations to Hamas attacks on Israel have caused. Such a truce would let countries like Qatar to bring in money to repair infrastructure.

Iran -
With NK’s rollout of a massive TEL and ICBM/MIRV rocket, middle east concerns have increased due to Iran’s close association with NK’s rocket and nuclear programs. Recently the collaboration between the two countries are believed to have increased. Some observers suggest that the Hwasong-7 and the Nodong-1 missiles appear to be the basis for the Shahab-3 in Iran.

Afghanistan -
Taliban has been very busy in N. Afghanistan, seizing several cities and police / military stations.

The Turkish navy has said a research ship at the center of an energy rights row with Greece will be sent back to disputed waters in the Mediterranean. Earlier this month, the EU threatened to bring in sanctions on Turkey if it failed to do what the bloc said was illegal drilling and energy exploration activities in waters claimed by Cyprus and Greece.

Denver shooter Dolloff has been firmly tied to the Occupy movement and its spawn - BLM/Antifa. Many consider that he was a local leader in the Antifa organization. Denver police and media are still trying to maintain the narrative that he wasn’t associated with it.

ShutDownDC has published on line a guide that outlines a plan to shut down the country and force President Donald Trump from power in the event that the 2020 election is too close to call. The document is called “Stopping the Coup”. Responses call for massive rioting and protests across a wide spectrum of targets - commercial, government, individual/residential, infrastructure, etc.

As part of a “Day of Rage” demonstration on Sunday, Antifa rioters shot inside a Portland cafe owned by a military veteran. Heroes American Cafe was the target of rioters after the establishment was categorized as an “unfriendly business” by Antifa accounts on Twitter.
The Twitter handle, Generational Resistance, which promoted Sunday night’s “Day of Rage” in Portland said its ultimate goal is to “decolonize society by working to abolish colonial systems rooted in racism,” a report by the Oregonian said. Rioters were also prohibited and prohibiting others from videos and photographs of the events.
MY OBSERVATION - BLM/Antifa is losing its restraint against offensive uses of firearms. This plus recent murders in Denver and Portland and more aggressive displays of firearms in other situations, show a trend that they are becoming prepared for this level of violence as the election approaches/passes (see ShutdownDC above). Also, increasing censorship of videos / photographs of events by participants and observers is notable. One is that law enforcement has been using these images (especially posted on social media) to identify criminal activity and most likely is being used to identify leadership. In a recent riot, those ‘approved’ by protest leadership were given glow in the dark bands/tags. All others were assaulted and driven away.

China -
Still dealing with an unprecedented series of floods, another major tropical cyclone is enroute promising to create more flooding problems to regions just beginning to recover from earlier floods.

China is also warning other countries in the region to resist those who want to enlist their help in reigning in their expansionist plans in the South China Sea region. This is an obvious counter to Pompano’s call for an asian ‘NATO’ last week.

Taiwan -
The president is in the process of forwarding a request for approval of an arms package for Taiwan that includes F-16s, harpoon missiles, drones and mines.

N Korea -

Belarus -
Police in Belarus have been authorized to use lethal force if necessary against anti-government protesters, a senior government official says. Protests/riots have been a daily occurrence since the results of the election were announced last month. The EU, the UK and the US have refused to recognize Mr Lukashenko’s new term.

This study shows that the mask mandate forced on Americans the past couple months is not an effective method of slowing/stopping the spread of the virus.

Johnson & Johnson’s Covid-19 vaccine testing has been paused due to an unexplained illness in a study participant.

In the UK, shutdowns are gaining momentum, with PM Johnson announcing the closure of bar and pubs.

CW2/Civil Disturbances -
Observers are noting an evolution of BLM/Antifa tactics in regards to traffic stopping. They are increasingly using vehicles and rental trucks to slow/stop traffic. By creating a physical barrier with the vehicles, then the rioters have a greater degree of safety to assault trapped motorists while preventing the motorists from pushing through people. This tactic was recently used during a protest in Providence RI this past week. These blockade protests have been extremely dangerous with rioters threatening motorists with vehicles and even pulling them out to be beaten. BLM/Antifa have been using vehicles for other tactical purposes such as QRF to road closures (to chase down motorists pushing through rioters, blocking streets in vicinity of protest to deny/delay police response and even as cover to approach police lines.

More on the Disruption Project’s “stop the coup” riot plans for post election in the event of a Trump victory. The guide also calls for the identification of key commercial and transportation hubs (ports, rail, highways and airports) with the goal of shutting them down and bringing the country to a stand still. These disruptions are in addition to violent rioting targeting government and anything that resembles a pro-trump target.

Chinese coast guard ships have intruded into Japanese waters since approaching a Japanese fishing vessel three days ago, AP reports. The Chinese ships have refused to leave creating a standoff that has resulted in formal diplomatic protests lodged to Beijing by Japan. Specifically the area includes the Senkaku islands, which has been the scene of multiple prior such standoffs between Chinese and Japanese vessels.

Russia -
United States envoy says “agreement in principle” with Russia on extending New START nuclear treaty. This would be an interesting development for both sides, but leaves China out of the mix.

Israel -
In a secret operation that took place last week and was made known to the public on Tuesday, IDF Special Forces crossed the border into the demilitarized zone between Israel and Syria and destroyed two outposts belonging to the Syrian army, N12 reported. (J Post)

Iran -
Iranian president Hassan Rouhani recently called for a “strategic partnership” with the similarly anti-American regime in China in an article in the “Economist”. Iran is hoping that the sanctions will fall apart and allow them to rebuild their oil trade - pumping billions back into their country to rebuild their efforts to destroy Israel and project power over the middle east. Both countries share a common interest in challenging the American lead world.

Iraq -
Tensions continue over US warnings that it will go after Iranian controlled militias. Iraq has been trying to minimize their influence, but there is enough economic and religion chaos to permit continued Iranian influence. The dynamic tension in Iran has most people wanting less money spent on subverting Iraq and more spent on building the Iranian economy and raising the standard of living. That is not a priority with the IRGC (Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps) and its Quds Force that specializes in destabilizing other countries, like Iraq, Syria and Lebanon. So the new Iraqi PM Mustafa al Kadhimi is walking a fine line to keep civil war and war in general from exploding while diminishing the influence on Iran.

Project Veritas/James O’Keefe has published video of Khristopher Jacks, a member of the Colorado democrat party executive committee and chairman of a leftist group “Our Revolution” where he is advocating violence if President Trump wins reelection. In the undercover videos, Jacks advocates all kinds of violence and murder - all calling for a civil war. Jacks reportedly deleted his Twitter account within an hour of Project Veritas publication of his comments.

Did the big October surprise just hit? Yesterday the NY Post released a damning report on the contents of Hunter Biden’s computer, in FBI hands since 2019, that completely blows Joe’s claims of non-involvement with the multiple schemes with Burisma and more. So damning is the information that both Twitter and Facebook went into lock down and purge modes to try to stem the distribution of information. Even the NY Post was locked out of their Twitter account. White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McAneny has been locked out of her account as well. Later in the day Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said his company’s “communication” was “unacceptable” to justify the mass censorship of the news - a lame attempt at damage control. Andy Stone, the policy communications manager at Facebook, tweeted that the social media giant would reduce the influence of the Post’s reporting while also siccing its allegedly unbiased third-party fact-checkers on it. No Mea Culpas from FB yet.

However, this event has caused some serious blowback on both social media sites and more congressional scrutiny and even some supreme court raised eyebrows. Their actions may have also violated election laws.

After initially raising doubts about the bombshell NY Post story, Politico is now reporting that the Biden campaign “would not rule out” the fact that he may have met with a Burisma executive. The fact that he is not outright denying it tells you everything you need to know.

Hackers, possibly nation-state actors, have penetrated U.S. government networks and accessed election systems, the FBI and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said in a joint alert. In some cases, there was unauthorized access to election support systems, CISA added.

Xi called on Chinese soldiers to “prepare for war” during a visit to a military base in the southern province of Guangdong on Tuesday. China’s war rhetoric has been increasing over the past several months as they fix their eyes on Taiwan.

Iran was reportedly hit by a major cyber-attack on Wednesday, which disrupted one of its largest ports and shut down government services. According to the Israeli news site N12, the attack struck the Gulf port of Bandar Abbas, and appeared to target communications systems, banks, customs services, transportation and other infrastructure.

In recent weeks, Iran has seen daily death tolls spike to their highest-ever levels, sparking increasing concern even as government officials continue to resist a total lockdown for fear of cratering the economy, which has been hard-hit by US sanctions. On Wednesday, Iran announced a travel ban to and from five major cities, including the capital of Tehran and the holy city of Mashhad, to prevent the virus’s spread.

Saudi Arabia -
Two American captives and the remains of a deceased third American who have been held by Iran-backed Houthi militants in Yemen were freed on Wednesday as part of a U.S.-backed prisoner exchange, in which more than 200 captured Houthi militants were also released, according to U.S. and Saudi Arabian officials who spoke with the Wall Street Journal.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Wednesday urged Saudi Arabia to consider normalizing relations with Israel as he met with the Gulf country’s foreign minister. Polls in Israel also show that most Israelis desire a peace agreement with SA above all other countries in the region.

London moved to the UK’s second highest covid alert level in response to rising cases. More restrictions took effect in the Netherlands, the U.K., the Czech Republic and other parts of Europe on Wednesday. In France, President Emmanuel Macron used a nationally televised interview Wednesday night to announce the start of nightly curfews in Paris and eight other densely populated areas in an effort to control the coronavirus in what are deemed “health emergency zones.”

According to the Department of Labor (DOL), jobless claims rose to a seven-week high of 898,000 in early October. This number is up by 53,000 from last week and exceeds the fall to 825,000 claims economists had forecasted.

The Philly Fed’s manufacturing index jumped to 32.3 in October from 15 in September. Economists had expected the index to slide to 13.5. The Philly Fed said the results indicate “widespread optimism” about the next six months. These numbers are the highest of the entire period of the Trump administration, exceeding pre-pandemic numbers and was was the fifth consecutive month of improvement for the general current activity measure.

September retail sales beat expectations of a 0.8% rise, by rising 1.9% MoM (the fastest pace in three months).

At last night’s town hall, the left is crowing about how the president didn’t denounce Qanon. My gut is that most of the nation doesn’t even know about Q and associated posts. I’m rather neutral about Q, I follow for situational awareness. Around 40% of college students said they will likely or certainly protest if President Donald Trump wins the election, according to an Axios poll released Friday. This is not a surprise, since many of the useful idiots in the summer’s riots drew from college campuses.

It is now revealed that 9NEWS, the NBC affiliate that reportedly hired the unlicensed security guard who fatally shot a Trump supporter during a Denver “Patriot Rally,” exposes the news station for contracting multiple unlicensed security guards. The ‘reporter’ they were ‘guarding’ has a history of manipulation of situations to capture positive propaganda for BLM/Antifa. I would expect that a massive lawsuit just became larger by the surviving family toward the news station with this news, as these actions are not defendable.

Nationwide, the tempo of rioting has decreased. In part probably due to college being back in session and unfavorable weather. Other rumblings are indicating that BLM/Antifa et al are using the period to recruit, train and provision for far more massive riots surrounding the election day and for a period thereafter.

Election 2020 -
The Republican National Committee (RNC) on Friday filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and claimed that online censorship of a New York Post article about Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine and China is an “illegal corporate in-kind political contribution” to Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s campaign. Twitter still hasn’t restored access to many who posted the NY Post’s articles.

Senate Judiciary Republicans on Thursday announced the panel would vote to subpoena Dorsey next week, saying the move amounted to censorship with just days to go before the November election. Meanwhile, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Ajit Pai said Thursday that his agency will move forward with President Donald Trump’s petition to clarify the meaning of a law that gives social media and tech companies legal protection for content posted by third parties.

China -
Two Chinese patrol ships temporarily entered Japan’s territorial waters off the Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea. The patrol ships exited the waters after attempting to approach a Japanese fishing boat.

Russia -
Russia is finding itself increasingly on the hot seat in respect to Turkey. In four areas, it is facing Turkish opposition - Syria, Libya, Armenia/Azerbaijan and Ukraine. Even with its efforts to woo it away from NATO into it’s own circle via S-400 sales has in some manner blown up into their face.

Israel -
The foreign ministers of France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy and Spain issued a joint statement Friday in which they called on Israel to permanently halt plans to annex portions of the West Bank, as well as settlement activity, which imperils a two-state solution. They reiterated their call for the implementations of UN resolution 2334 which demands Israel return to the pre-1967 borders.

Sources are indicating that Israel and Bahrain will sign a declaration on the the establishment of peace and diplomatic relations. The agreement will serve as an interim agreement and will include the establishment of diplomatic relations and the opening of embassies in the respective countries.

Syria -
Turkey says 414,000 Syrians return home after military operations. Refugees have been a drain on Turkey and a sore point with the rest of Europe as Turkey weaponized them by turning them loose into Europe. Turkey hosts 3.6 million refugees who fled Syria’s civil war, according to September data from the United Nations.

Turkey -
Turkey has tested an advanced Russian S-400 anti-aircraft missile defense system, in defiance of U.S. sanctions threats and appeals from NATO not to jeopardize transatlantic security cooperation. This places Russia into a sticky situation. They are facing off (via proxies) in Syria, Libya and now Azerbaijan/Armenia. Turkey also supports Ukraine where pro-Russia separates are fighting for control. Turkey has effectually jerked Russian policy and Putin around. Same goes for jerking NATO around using this purchase and conflicts with other NATO countries, particularly Greece and France.

Turkey’s increasing militance and willingness to lead with its military has many noting that direct conflict with Turkey by former allies in an increasing possibility. Yes, US nukes are still being stored there.

Armenian / Azerbaijan -
Azerbaijan is complaining that ballistic missiles have been fired from the territory of Armenia against the city of Ganja. Both countries have SCUD variants. At least three missile impacts were reported. Ganja is approximately 45 Km north of the disported territory.

Europe continues to brace for more lockdowns. In the US, polls indicate over 60% are stockpiling supplies in anticipation of more supply disruptions from covid and election unrest.

Antifa went back to an older playbook yesterday, targeting peaceful protests in San Francisco and NY state. In SF, they fell upon a group protesting Twitter’s censorship while in Ithaca NY, numerically larger Antifa group forced its way into a peaceful rally and assaulted many.

MY OBSERVATION - The incredible pro-Trump rallies across the nation have captured the focus of BLM/Antifa and they have decided to directly confront and assault those groups in an effort to put fear into peopåle and prevent further rallies. These rallies likely embarrassed them, some occurring in BLM/Antifa strongholds. From descriptions of actions, they are following the same tactic of 2016 - mob into a group, separate portions of the crowd out and aggressively assault them like wolves separating out weaker members of a herd. Let the alert come loud now - expect more direct assaults of any they perceive as being on the right. Organizers have to include physical security into their plans - the depleted police forces will not be there to protect them. Police and government will become less a target and any supporters of Trump the primary target

As of Saturday evening, Twitter had still locked out the New York Post’s account for tweeting about their reporting on Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden. Dorsey appears to be tripling down pending his commanded appearance before the senate. Don’t hold much for that meeting - the legislative branch has been paralyzed since 2018 and will not pass anything to punish Twitter/FB/Google.

China - Beijing is stepping up the militarization of its southeast coast as it prepares for a possible invasion of Taiwan, military observers and sources have said. This includes the replacement of older DF-11s and DF-15s by the new DF-17 hypersonic missile.

China/India -
China recently held live-fire exercises in the Himalayas with 90% of the weapons being new. Drills were a show of force to India and aimed to demonstrate PLA’s capability at high altitudes.

Iran -
Iran’s regime is celebrating the end of an arms embargo. Despite US pressure and calls for the embargo to be extended Iran, believes it has defeated Washington and sees the end of the embargo as a good omen of more things to come. Iran’s Foreign Ministry said the UN Security Council arms restrictions against Tehran have ended.

National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) on Friday, the group revealed that a new center designed to weaponize Iran’s nuclear program has been discovered in the Sorkheh-Hessar region, east of Tehran. It is near facilities that are manufacturing the most current models of Iranian ballistic missiles.

Lebanon -
Lebanon’s top Christian cleric urged Lebanese leaders to stop delaying talks on forming a government in a scathing Sunday sermon in which he blamed them for the country’s financial crisis and political deadlock…“The responsibility and accountability is collective. The tweet concerned a question about report of 372,000 mail in ballots being rejected in Pennsylvania. Kirk inadvertently violated Twitter’s rules on posting misleading information about voting by referring to ballot applications as “ballots.”

China -
China has threatened to ‘arrest’ Americans in retaliation for the arrests of Chinese research scientists accused of lying about working for the People’s Liberation Army. At least four scientists have been detained and charged with visa fraud for allegedly lying to US immigration to gain access to working at notable US medical research universities all the while secretly working for the Chinese military. China is demanding the DOJ drop the charges against them. US State Department issued a travel advisory in September warning Americans that China carries out ‘arbitrary and wrongful detentions’ including ‘to gain bargaining leverage over foreign governments’.

Afghanistan -
Taliban has accused the U.S military of repeatedly violating the peace deal signed between the two sides in Doha in February, and warned that Washington, D.C., must shoulder the blame for subsequent violence. This statement follow US airstrikes against the Taliban in Afghanistan’s Helmand province.

Massive protests continue at least once a week.

Armenian / Azerbaijan -
Azeri forces continued their offensive in the south with Aliyev: Soltanli, Amirvarli, Mashanli, Hasanli, Alikeykhanli, Gumlag, Hajili, Goyerchinveysalli, Niyazgullar, Kechel Mammadli, Shahvelli, Haji Ismayilli, Isaqli villages of Jabrayil region being captured.

Overnight, Azerbaijani army artillery targeted Martuni/Khojavend, Urekan, Ishkanadzor/Xan Aygehovit/Bala Soltanl, and Vurvagan villages.
It is hghly probable that this is in preparation for ground force assault in the southern region. The offensive by Azeri forces in the south has been relatively successful whereas the push in the north stalled early an remains so. The advance of Azeri forces in the south now threatens to capture the southern 1/3 of the disputed territory.

New data from the CDC may point to the flu being misdiagnosed as COVID-19, resulting in higher coronavirus numbers but much lower flu numbers. In fact, there has been a 95% decrease in flu cases during current weeks 40-41.
This time last year, there were 1251 flu cases reported to the CDC during weeks 40-41. This is about average. But in 2020, we’re seeing a record low number of 61 total flu cases reported in the same time period. It doesn’t take a medical degree to come to the logical conclusion that the flu didn’t suddenly disappear but that it’s simply being misdiagnosed as COVID-19.

Fliers have appeared in a Kansas City neighborhood threatening residents. They state: “Your address has been added into our database as a target for when we attack should Trump not concede the election,” the flyer read. “Always remember, that it was you that started this Civil War.”

I’ve noted this tactic before, now they seem to be comparing notes to improve the tactic.

The election commission changed topics for the next debate from foreign policy. Hint - President Trump is nominated for 4 Nobel peace prizes - for real actions. Trying to stack the deck? Also they will mute the mike on each side for the 2 minute opening statement then unmute for the ‘discussion’ period. If I were a betting man, I’d bet that they’ll hit the mute outside of that too (in violation of their rule).

The Indian Army has warned China that it will face better trained and better prepared troops this time if it creates war-like conditions in the days to come. The Indian Army also asserted that its troops fully prepared to fight a full-fledged war even in winters in eastern Ladakh.

Iran -
There are indicators that the US will preemptively sanction any country that tries to deliver arms to Iran, effectively blocking new arms deals well before they develop.

Venezuela -
Venezuela’s propaganda videos are showing off warships armed with new Chinese-made anti-ship missiles. The C-802A missile, supplied by Beijing to the Venezuelan Navy, is designed to take out surface ships at ranges of over 100 nautical miles. The sea-skimming missile is generally analogous to the Harpoon. This arms deal could greatly increase the reach and potency of President Nicolás Maduro’s navy.

According to open sources, the missiles are likely to equip Venezuela’s Guaiquerí-class patrol boats. These are Spanish built Avante 2200 combatants and were delivered without anti-ship missiles. This makes sense because in June 2017 the Venezuelan Navy was taking steps to equip two unspecified offshore patrol vessels with the missile at the sum of $2.9 million. (USNI)

China’s Communist Party is backing the left’s revolution, seeking our downfall and subjugation

Communism is very much alive and well in China. The tactics of concentration camps and big lies sponsored by a corrupt nomenklatura killing each other for political power are the staples of communism. The tactic of embracing capitalism temporarily to save communism from its own incompetence was previewed by Lenin’s New Economic Policy in the 1920’s.

The flocks of western intellectuals, academics and businessmen, that embraced Soviet communism in the 20th century have been replaced by a new generation, similarly duped, or compromised, except that the object of their affection is communist China rather than Russia.

The demonization of U.S. police as racists killing black people, is a tactic designed to defang the police and give free rein to marauding mobs. A breakdown of order serves the left’s attempts to gain power.

It provides a crisis, something that must not be wasted according to Obama’s former chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel.

Disorder scares the hell out of normal people and makes them vulnerable to accepting radical changes like abolishing the police, a move that would result in rule by leftist mobs. It’s pathetic how privileged youth fall for this lie about the police.

They are products of our educational system, one of the institutions that the left has been marching through for decades. The Italian communist Antonio Gramsci and the German communist Rudi Dutschike are both credited with the idea of the left marching through institutions, like the schools and courts, as a means of stealthily imposing communism, probably renamed true democracy.

It is remarkable that the New York Times is embracing left revolution by ignoring and covering up the very obvious fact that Biden is bought and paid for by the Chinese communists.
