We are not demonizing Joe.
We are watching him carefully (unlike the MSM hacks), and he does not stand up well under close scrutiny.
It is clear he has an explosive temper (and several hot button issues which include Hunter, corruption, nepotism, and his age and fitness).
It is clear he gets confused easily and says stupid/crazy stuff now and then (maybe once a hour or so).
It is clear he is a virtue signaling hypocrite like all the Dems. He gets away with it because the mass media coddles Democrats like little children.
He and they need to be called out on that stuff—every time.
Actually they don’t watch the news because they watch MTV or Comedy Central...Or CNN...

In short they have zero respect for the concept the people get to elect their own leaders. Putting a place maker if office is a way to give the people the finger.

The unionized trades get their overtime. If a forklift operator becomes a supervisor, they get a pay raise instead of overtime. Some store worker stacking spaghetti sauce jars is going to get overtime if they exceed the limits. He was struggling for an example, and didn't come up with a good one. There is some abuse of misclassifying hourly workers as salaried workers. A good example of that would be making a secretary an administrative assistant and they don't make executive decisions on their own..
Pretty sure this is part of a ploy, he’s just a placeholder until a few things shake out. However, if the puppetmasters need compliant idiots they’d have that in Biden. Remember Tim Kaine? The left wants idiotic VP’s that, should the President falter, the VP slides right in with nary a thought of his own. Most of the current Dem’s that are VP fodder are too mission-driven to step right into a puppet’s role.

A BETTER example would be to name a complete, washed up, crooked Senator as Vice President to a fool that may be a ‘target’ if anyone with a lick of common sense were to automatically succeed him.
Also, let same fool run for pResident in a year where he stands little chance to win, just to shut him up and ‘pay him back’ for taking him out of his adjusted racket of skimming millions of dollars as a Senator.
