Then the activist tyrannical lower court judge takes his case to SCOTUS and they decide. If SCOTUS decides in favor of POTUS then business continues, the EO goes on. But if the case goes in favor of the lower court then POTUS must abide. Get it? Is that so hard to understand? WHY IS IT ASSUMED THE PRESIDENT IS WRONG AND THE LOWER COURT IS RIGHT RIGHT FROM THE GET-GO? IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND UNTIL SCOTUS DECIDES.

Thank you! Can anyone name a person in our lifetime who has suffered so much derision or made as many personal sacrifices for our benefit? And what has he asked of us in return? He is a one man wrecking ball and his quid pro quo is simply to ask for our support? Anyone venture to guess how long the swamp has been in existence?

One step at a time.

This is one reason the Democrats and establishment Republicans are so fanatical about sabotaging Trump's re-election: They know that as he accumulates more and more power, his will drain the swamp AND halt illegal immigration--and thus detach their grip on power.

One might say that Trump will "have more flexibility after the election"--more flexibility and more power (which is the Establishment's worse nightmare!).

And AGAIN, what on Earth makes you think he has no idea about this seeing that he is dealing with it 24/7/365, but we, with nothing but media reports and public info, have a deeper understanding? Honesty I think most of the people here have no freaking idea what this monster is, and thus why they write like it was just a matter of calling the cops and arresting some people yesterday because that s what they would have done in their podunk town with a crooked city commissioner.

This guy sure as hell is fighting this harder than anyone on the right has ever even attempted, and frankly most here are content with being safely on the sides and merely critiquing every public move.

I have the suspicion you have literally zero idea how the judiciary works.

Judges to bring cases to other courts, genius. They dont render rulings on their own. People bring cases to them.

It may be a matter of judge shopping, but what you describe has no basis in reality.

“Trump is winning in his battle to drain the swamp.Thats why Schiff and Pelosi are fast tracking presidential impeachment, he is too effective at draining the swamp. President Trump is succeeding.”

I agree.

The swamp analogy fails to capture an important aspect of the sewer that is Washington DC. If it were a swamp, the putrid waters would recede and dry up as they drained away harmlessly.

That is far from the reality. DC is more like a vast overfilled levy system brimming with toxic waste and fecal matter. It won’t drain away harmlessly because there is nowhere for it to go. Instead it will burst, unleashing a terrifying tsunami of sewage that will destroy everything in its path.

Successful draining of the swamp will not come cheap. Things will get worse before they get better. There will be collateral damage and this too will be blamed on the President.

I think this is what we are seeing right now. It appears that nothing is being done, but that is just an appearance.

Think of a major open heart surgery. Those unfamiliar with the procedure might look at the exposed chest cavity and have a hard time believing this was progress - it looks far worse than before the surgery began.

We need to manage our expectations. The swamp was never going to just “drain” without a fight.

But one very encouraging part of all of this is the fact that the corrupt “swamp creatures” are now focused entirely on their own survival and on destroying President Trump. That means the President has already interrupted a decades-long parasitic feeding frenzy and forced them to shift their attention toward covering their tracks, toward futile impeachment hearings, toward witch hunts - and away from sucking the life out of the Republic.

President Trump is working a number of longer term strategies - I’m sure separating them from their “food sources” is one of them. Another year or two and we may find there was a lot more “draining” going on than we thought.

From you:

“President Trump is not draining the swamp.

President Trump should realize he is in an all out war. Like President Reagan he should make sure he wins and they lose.”

Do you not see incremental progress and do you actually think he doesn’t understand the forces against him? What minute of what day do you think he says, “They all love me. The impeachment, the lies on TV, my own party fighting me, the Courts harassing me, the Russian collusion charge—these tell me I have nothing but friends everywhere.”?

Your rant is an unproductive vanity meant to stir up animosity with conservatives against Trump.

Judges to bring cases to other courts, genius.

That works for everyone but POTUS. CAN YOU SHOW WHERE IT SAYS IN THE CONSTITUTION THE PRESIDENT MUST ABIDE BY A LOWER FEDERAL COURT INJUNCTION? YOU DO KNOW WHAT AN INJUNCTION IS, RIGHT?

Trump should have cleaned house from the get go. He’s paid an enormously high price for not doing so.

That said, I realize that finding Trump loyalists within the universe of qualified people in the GOP is, and will continue to be, problematic for him.

Bill Clinton didn’t have to worry about disloyalty and subversion within his own party. Replacing people was a fairly easy thing for him to do.

Sultan Kinish has a column today titled THE DEEP INDUSTRY that explains the unelected force of govt workers who are involved with obstructing Pres Trump at every level of govt. One of the best Kinish articles which shines light on the battle that Pres Trump daily faces. An army of federal workers who do not want their lives drained from their feathered beds. Pres Trump needs the help of all who want this Republic to remain as founded. We help him or have ourselves to blame if we wind up being governed by a clerk typist buried deep in the bowels of some govt facility in DC.

Had trump hired an AG who would have indicted Shillary, the rest of the democrats would have cowered in the corner. Now he has let sedition by her and Obama,a go for 15 months. The dems have taken the offensive and anything Trump does now will be seen as viscous retaliation

It may be a matter of judge shopping, but what you describe has no basis in reality.

You are projecting legal procedures which apply to the citizens of the USA when dealing with the courts onto a political situation between POTUS and the Judicial branch of government. You are an example of why most people with a brain think the law is an ass.

What is the point of this post? Where do you come off suggesting President Trump is clueless that it’s all out war? Did you miss all the times he said as much, talked about the trillions of $ at stake, the slings & arrows?

POTUS is the one taking the incoming at every turn, I doubt he is unaware of the seriousness of the attacks.
I also doubt he is spending his time reacting instead he is setting up the plans to entrap and expose the enemies of the American people and the deep state.
