(Though it kinda ties in with the LA Times article about how many Republicans are considering leaving California...)
I'd also double check what's required for doing a DBA in Idaho; in California using your name as part of the business name is good enough to skip that step, but Idaho may have different requirements.
Not catchy, but ‘Ness Bonded Handyman Services’ might do the trick. I'd also suggest a shorter list that ties into the particular season.

More than a sub-second reflection of why a business name is clever is way too long. For example, I had to read and think past “Handy-Ness” to understand the context of the hyphen between Handy and Ness in the first place.
