Trouble is, SCOTUS has declined to hear appeals of Assault Weapon Bans in Maryland and Illinois, so we don't really know if the Supreme Court would strike down an AR and AK ban.

Could be that the the execrable supreme court has decided that the states can set parameters on which battle rifles are permissible in each state.

That would mean that weenie, liberal states have less firepower, while conservative states are heavily armed and can blow leftists out of the water.

Just a thought.
