What is your point? My point is that this field report is most likely being put out by rogue fibbers in a corrupt AZ office as the entire report is:
1. in opposition to the stated, official position of the FBI
2. Not posted anywhere officially by the FBI
3. Only put on Scribd by a Yahoo reporter/photographer
4. Ignored for 2 months and then shouted throughout the land 2 days before two mass shootings by crazed white boys
5. Uses Snopes as resource for claims

So you suspect the FBI field office at Phoenix has a team of “rogue fibbers” that drafted a bogus report for an unspecified reason? And we need help? Since you’re suggesting criminal activity, I’d normally suggest that you formally report it, but with this it’s best you keep mum for your own good.
