After we slapped Iran the other day with a cyber attack is it any shock that we get slapped back. In a controlled, and very specific way.
Not large enough to do much damage, but trust me...the folks in the NSA and CIA are getting their asses reamed this morning.

Its improbable that ConEd can’t explain the power outage, it’s pretty certain that they won’t explain it for some reason
A cyber attack or terrorist sabotage a very likely explanation, but political pressure to implement restrictive green, PC regulations are also just as likely
