Sometimes, I believe the entire romantic model toward marriage is irrevocably broken, and the Parents getting together to arrange marriage process is more stable, in the long run.

How can a court order someone not to say something? What law gives the court such authority? What law does the judge cite?

It’s the judge. The judge needs to be removed from the bench.
This is unbelievable. Under no circumstances can this man obey the court order to harm his son. This may mean extreme reactions. He may have to consider immigrating to a sane country where he can claim political asylum. Or be willing to go to jail.
THat’s what I was thinking. This is complete and utter insanity.

Unless there is a grave mismatch of the chromosomes involved, the examination of the chromosomes themselves should be definitive. Boy is XY, Girl is XX. Same all through the human population in the world.
Certain anomalies have come up, like extra chromosomes (XXX, XXY, XYY, or YYY), but normally these combinations cannot reproduce and they are essentially neuters. Hormonal manifestations may change some of the primary and secondary gender characteristics, but the chromosome count and number remains unchanged, in every cell of the body.
