Okay, I admit I didn’t read the article, as I have hypertension. However, does anybody have the stats on how many people watched debate 2? I can’t find the stats. I read it was about 9 million on debate 1, which would be very low.

The truth is, Biden and Warren were being held up. Biden because the establishment owes him a chance. Similar with Warren. They’re both too not serious name takers though. And the DNC has a dirty little secret that Buggteig simply alienates too many people, weather it gets said or not.
Harris is the only one with the right check boxes marked off in identity politics and who can orate with enough force and persuasion that the dems will think she can take on Trump.

As an aside, it is amazing that someone on the fringe of the postmodern/progressive movement doesn't admit that redefining reality as something IT IS NOT is a pretty solid definition of insanity (or at least it used to be).
I remember when I was a kid, the owner of the local cinema had a daughter who believed she was a movie star. She used to drive around town in a convertible sports car waving at her fans. She would give you a signed promotional photo if you asked.

Now that Harris has landed those hits, it will open Joe up to more hits and questions about his stamina.
Think about it: How’s it going to look to identity-politics-oriented Democrats when two old, gray-haired white guys start going after the lone woman of color in the field? Exactly. So you won’t see them do that. And if they can’t go after her, how are they going to stop her?
Some day there will be a woman President, but I sure hope she has more going for her other than the fact she has a vagina or she is not “white”.

The only two that impressed me on problems and solutions...Delany and Yang. But they are far out on the plank and won’t even rate cabinet seats. Biden just came across as ‘Uncle Joe’ and really didn’t seem to be more than a 2nd version watered-down version of Obama.
