In a bizarre analogy, MSNBC "Republican" Elise Jordan has compared Robert Mueller's indication that he would not testify before Congress to a book author refusing to go on a promotional tour.

You can lie without consequence if you are not under oath or before Congress or simply are a Democrat.

I would say to this special ed. wench: “Hey, chickie, Mueller doesn’t want to testify because he would have to respond under oath to questions from the likes of Nunes and Jordan, not just the dumbass softball tosses from demwits.”
And that is the only reason.
Elise Jordan is a former Gary Johnson, Ron Paul, Rand Paul supporter who also was married to Michael Hastings and was a speechwriter for Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Wikipedia, a lousy source for much, only directed me to the Michael Hastings article when I searched for her and it had just one sentence about Elise Jordan. I believe it was Nicolle Wallace who first brought her on MSNBC as a guest, after Rand dropped out of the 2016 race, and the network made her a contributor in 2017. If I recall right she worked on Pand Paul’s 2016 presidential campaign.
There’s every reason to want Mueller under oath testifying in public.
So many questions to ask indeed. Dems will get nothing more than they already got, but the GOP will have a field day for the ages with this guy.

It isn’t his. He is Barr’s employee and turned in his work product. He may not testify against Barr’s wishes on that topic.
