We have learned a lot about the mechanics of the Deep State Coup over the last six months. Some of the biggest problems for the conspirators include the revelation that Prof. Mifsud, himself of shaky provenance, used an (apparent) under-cover US agent from one of the alphabet agencies in an attempt to honeypot trap George Papadopolous. It failed.
The Mueller report had a lot of useful information for supporters of the President and those who have argued that the Trump-Russia collusion narrative is a hoax, built by conspirators to harm the President. This has been a pretty main-stream view on Free Republic for a year, but we are finally getting some new evidence to support our claims. And, we are promised more to come soon.
Specifically the DoJ Inspector General's report on FISA warrant abused is expeted in the next month. We might (or might not) finally see something out of Huber, and Barr has been driving the Deep State mad with his raw curiosity and plain spoken statements about the spying on Trump. Oh, yeah, he's also appointed a second US Attorney to investigate Spy Gate.
So, while people who are obsessively following this know damn well that the conspiracy was real, and that the secrecy surrounding it is slowly cracking - their remains on big missing component: indictments.
So I propose the office Free Republic "Dead Pool" game for us to have friendly wagers (bragging rights only) on when the first significant indictment and arrest.
First, I will define significant: (like any such definition it has to be specific, and can not be all encompasing to have value). Here then are the people deemed "significant" for the purpose of this pool:
This is not the exhastive list of conspirators, but it is a list of people who will get everyone's attention (in a way that someone like Lisa Page will not.)
Indicting any of these, the Dirty Dozen (a baker's dozen) will have an immediate and undeniable impact and proof - that something illegal went on.
Those obnoxious Hillary supporting relatives? You will finally have an answer to their snark if any of these people are indicted.
Many are convinced the arrests are coming soon! OK: place your bets.
Earch Freeper may pick ONE person from the above list and a DATE on which they will be indicted.
The data of indictment will be considered as the date on which the indictment is announced, made public, or in the event of a dramatic "Roger Stone" style raid, the date that occurs.

It will be a major development if we can prove that Misfud was a CIA asset. The conviction of Papadopoulos would have to be set aside.
I have also persuaded myself that Carter Page is a likely plant. Everything fits but it seemed there was no evidence that was inconsistent with the allegation that he was merely a victim. He could have been a victim or a perp. I had no evidence that distinguished between the two.
Recently though it has occurred to me that there might be something. It is widely reported that Halper met with Page on us soil. Halper is know to be a CIA asset though. So if Halper was spying on Page on US soil then he was violating US law. My suspicion is that it was something different. He was meeting with Page in order to coordinate their activities, which suggests they were working together.
I think the first, and most likely to be indicted, is McCabre, and I’ll say July 15.
However, I think we should all stipulate what the indictment will be for: In McCabre’s case, it will be perjury, for lying to Congress.
My guess is:

With a bayonet

At least a few are snitching, so the rest are all going to make their best deals. In the end, they’ll all say, “I was just following oders!” and point upward to Obama.
I don’t see an G. Gordon Liddy’s here. Maybe Saint “Higher Loyalty” Comey, but there alrady will be enough evidence to send him away.
None, never. The IG will suggest changes, criticize, but has no power to indict. Huber is sleeping on it. Durham will not cross whatever exists of a thin blue line at his agency. End of day it all gets swept under the rug and replaced with next scandal.

This is big and complicated and I’m not a lawyer but it seems to me that there is so much evidence already available that snitches are not going to be all that necessary.

Actually believe that Comey is most likely to flip. Suspect he was ambivalent from the beginning, knew he was betraying his oath and the FBI and probably couldn’t stomach the Clintons on a personal level. He also knew much about Obama that he forced himself to overlook. The most overt, publicly known evidence is against Comey. If he indicted, arrested and faces trial, suspect he will flip to avoid prison, family disruption and bankruptcy. Also would not be surprised if he has recorded conversations and documents to trade for consideration. He is no Gordon Liddy.
I don’t think he’s dead. He’s in hiding. No one has an incentive to hide the fact that he’s dead. But the fact that he’s in hiding shows that there is a reason for him to be in hiding. They don’t want him to talk. Add that to the fact that he’s got a habit of disappearing in the past and I think you can see what’s going on.
