Mayor of South Bend, Indiana is certainly obscure.

Despite being a gay guy with a name that starts with "Butt", the country elected a guy with Hussein with a middle name, so that isn't a disqualifier. And I think gay guy is higher on the intersectionality charts now, than woman.

Of course, the dude has plenty of cray cray, but the country could certainly do a lot worse than him when I look at the D presidential candidate lineup.

In a 1993 speech, Biden used racist-type language that is coming back to haunt the 2020 wannabe:
