The case was sealed. I’m not sure anything can be done. Unless the feds can get involved. This judge certainly should be investigated.

Absolutely, an investigation should be done- the ruling was disgusting- there were 16 felony indictments- not one, or 2 or three- but 16- all 16 were dropped because quote unquote ‘smollett suffered enough’? (Because the police had strong opinions in public, and the judge felt he was ‘tried in the media’) suppose he had raped someone and committed 16 felonies against the person- would this judge let him go because he ‘suffered enough’ because the public formed opinions about him because of police statements?

The State Attorney (prosecutor) - not a judge - dropped the charges.
Prosecutors dropped all charges Tuesday against “Empire” star Jussie Smollett..."After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollett’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago, we believe this outcome is a just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case," according to a statement from the office of the Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx

The states attorney Kim Foxx is the devil in this one...the judge was just handsomely bribed. Behind Foxx there is Obama stank. It’s the Chicago way.
