Lemon:

• Lemon oil supports detox of organs and can provide an afternoon energy boost. You can add 1-2 drops of lemon oil to a capsule or to a favorite recipe.
• Diffuse lemon with lavender and peppermint for seasonal allergies, or apply the mixture topically. Lemon with frankincense and lavender is also worth a try.
• Google d-limonene, the main component of lemon oil, to see what it's good for, including bronchitis, cancer, diabetes, gallstones, gastric reflux/heartburn, high cholesterol, and ulcers.
