Feedback report on your Borax/Arthritis article. Two weeks ago today I started this regimen, and I am AMAZED at what has occured in these two short weeks. Two weeks ago I was having hot flashes that would literally soak me from head to toe. My jeans would be sticking to my legs! Annoying does not begin to describe it. Now, they have almost completely disappeared. I am NOT exaggerating. They’re still there, but the duration and intensity have been significantly reduced. I no longer have to keep a fan handy (or manila folder at work, or whatever is handy to fan yourself with). Plus, my hands feel GREAT. My main reason in taking this was to combat the arthritis creeping into my hands. They feel much more limber, no more pain in my most arthritic joints, etc. The swelling of these joints has not reduced, but at least they aren’t painful anymore. I wish I’d known about this when my Mom was alive, it could have helped her tremendously. I am also taking the DE, and so far, no side effects that I’ve noticed, and apparently I don’t have any parasites in my system (at least none that were noticeable like in some of the stories that I read). I didn’t tell my husband for over a week cause I knew he’d think I was crazy. But, once the hot flashes subsided so significantly, I told him what I was doing, and the story behind it. He was amazed and said keep it up! He’s seen me go through so many hot flashes he’s grateful for anything that helps me, and knows I refuse to take any pharmaceuticals. About six months ago, we were driving home from the airport and I had a hot flash that just drenched me. He looked at me and said ‘Life is NOT FAIR to women!’ I love him for that! HAHA!
Oil of Evening Primrose (in capsule) also works very well. Suggested it to a friend and she never had hot flashes.
