Thank you for the great information. I have heard of flush niacin before. I want to avoid taking any drugs, in this case a statin drug...no thanks on that, Big Pharma.
Yes, this recipe is just two vitamins plus a natural amino acid in the most bioavailable form known. For reasons about which we can so far only conjecture, we modern humans need much more niacin than our ancestors did. And niacin seems to do its best work in conjunction with the other two ingredients.
