Read a study many years ago, posted right here on FR, that spoke about this very issue and how baking soda eliminated it. I’ve been brushing with baking soda ever since, and my dentist is amazed at how healthy my gums are.
And baking soda is so cheap compared to tooth paste. It’s been so long since I used tooth paste, if I do try (DH uses it) I hate the strong taste and sweetness and makes my teeth feel weird.
