Places that sell herbs can’t really explain what they are good for as the FDA comes down on them legally; so herbs books are the way to get good info. Or reputable online information sites. Banyan Botanicals has consistently high quality bulk herbs and tablets, and the guggulu formulas can be purchased bulk or tablets. Gokshuradi Guggulu has helped several men I know with BPH - benign prostate hyperplasia, with symptoms such as too frequent urination, dribbling, incomplete passing of urine, etc. This formula helps all kinds of genito-urinary conditions, including cystitis, UTIs of any kind, incontinence or too frequent urination or inability to hold it, for men or women. It also helps kidney function in general. It’s a good preventative for prostate problems.
