Is it safe to take Arjuna and Hawthorne berry together?
Any reports of side effects or downsides?

I take Arjuna and Hawthorne together daily, they work very well together and herbalists do recommend them together. It’s good to add some kind of spice with them to catalyze them (as with any herbs), cardamom and/or cinnamon are very good. Just a pinch or two. I make a small cup, put about 1 3/4 t. of the blend, add hot water and stir. Then I drink when cool, part of it in the morning, the rest later in the day. I think it is what is keeping my heart and BP steady now.
