Dh has been very low energy lately so looking a lot into herbs that help. Some of my favorite herbs!
My hubby is low energy. For years I’ve told him his walking speeds are Low, Low 1, and Low 2.

So I was thinking about the Natural Thread a few days ago when I was really sinking. How far back on this thread should I start looking for all the links you posted a ways back on relaxation and meditation . My guts are in a big knot every night!
