Part Three
What I Took and What I learned later that help

The ones with * I took daily for months. Most effective are using powdered herbs if possible, mixing into liquid or water, honey can be added for improving taste, and also helps energize herbs. If the taste is bothersome, than capsules or tablets are fine. It is important to be very regular, and to take sufficient quantity of herbs.
Two links to sources for the unusual Ayurvedic herbs, sold as powder and usually in capsules or tablets too:

https://www.banyanbotanicals.com/shop/category/bulk-herbs-spices-formulas/

https://vadikherbs.com/collections/ayurvedic-herbs

Good source for most herbs that are more in general use:

https://www.starwest-botanicals.com/herbs-spices/

*1. Turmeric - powerful anti-inflammatory, many uses, also anti-cancer – at least 1 teaspoon or more daily
I took about 2 teaspoons or more a day. I put /1/2 teaspoon in every cup of herbs, about four cups a day of herbs. Must be taken with a bit of black pepper and drink some milk with it, to be absorbed. Turmeric has many medicinal benefits and is a good addition to anyone’s diet.

*2. Green tea, especially Matcha powder –has strong anti-cancer properties
I do not like green tea, but the Grocery Outlet here had ItoEn brand Japanese green tea matcha powder so I took it daily. It’s not cheap but one bag lasts a long, long time. I took 1 t. a day and people who like it could take more. The farm that grows this tea is on the southern tip of Japan far away from Fukushima. Most green tea is from China but Japanese can be found. Matcha tea is harvested and prepared specially and is more potent medically. People mix it in all kinds of foods but most effective taken in liquid.

*3. Turkey tail mushrooms - has several latin names:
Trametes versicolor, Coriolus versicolor and Polyporus versicolor - but usually in herbs it’s called Turkey Tail or Coriolus versicolor. I bought on Amazon. It stimulates the immune system and is widely taken for cancer. As with all herbs or supplements I recommend avoiding anything from China. Take dosage recommended on the bottle, more will not cause any harm.

*4. Vitamin D3 – helpful for immune system, even if not low in Vit D, which people who do not go in the sun much often are low in

*5. Graviola – soursop leaf extract – helps growth of new healthy tissue, used for cancer, acid reflux and other conditions. I took at least a teaspoon daily

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011M542LE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

6. Flax seeds are especially for breast or prostate cancer, but considered helpful with cancer in general, for prevention and treatment. Women who eat at least 3 Tablespoons of Flax seeds daily are less likely to get breast cancer, and it helps treat it. They can be ground eaten and mixed in cottage cheese or other foods, baked into muffins, or however one can get them down. Sadly my digestive system could not tolerate them (most people have no problem). They are very healthy and nutritious for anyone.

*6. Shatavari - This Ayurvedic herb is become popular, it is especially helpful for women, as well as for breast or prostate cancer. I took 1 to 2 teaspoons daily and it does not taste bad which is helpful.

*7. Vitex/Chaste Tree Berry - helps protect and reduce lumps in breast, also anti-cancer in general.

*8. Red Root extract - used for lymphatic problems including cancer, and useful even if lymph nodes may not be directly involved in cancer.
Take as directed on the bottle for three weeks, then a week off, repeat, not for long term use but every few months

https://www.amazon.com/Herb-Pharm-Extract-Cleansing-Detoxifying/dp/B0012QD2KQ

*9. Prunella Extract – – Self-heal, Heal-all Prunella vulgaris
Used in China against cancer, also anti-viral/anti-bacterial, high BP, fevers

10. Melatonin
Recommended by my Naturopath MD, considered to be helpful for cancer as well as helping with sound sleep. Use standard dosage. I react badly to it (very rare) so couldn’t use.

*11.MCP - Modified Citrus Pectin
Recommended by my Dr, said to help scavenge cancer cells in the system and remove from the body. Especially useful before and after surgery, biopsy or other procedures. I used this brand, there are many others.

https://www.amazon.com/Allergy-Research-Group-Molecular-Vegetarian/dp/B000M8SL60/ref=sr_1_8?crid=1KZ0Z1U7EZ232&keywords=modified+citrus+pectin&qid=1642731886&s=hpc&sprefix=modified+citrus+pectinp%2Chpc%2C164&sr=1-8

Another brand that looks good and has useful info and reviews:
https://www.amazon.com/EcoNugenics-PectaSol-Modified-Total-Body-Optimal/dp/B0024NLDV6/ref=sr_1_6?crid=1KZ0Z1U7EZ232&keywords=modified%2Bcitrus%2Bpectin&qid=1642731886&s=hpc&sprefix=modified%2Bcitrus%2Bpectinp%2Chpc%2C164&sr=1-6&th=1

12. Red Clover
Traditionally used to help in cancer treatment, primarily breast cancer, and blood cleansing. I have not used but this is a good brand, or make tea and drink.

https://www.amazon.com/Planetary-Herbals-Clover-Cleanser-Tablets/dp/B004GWEDLK/ref=sr_1_37?crid=14X22W2AK6NEE&keywords=Planetary+herbs&qid=1642732694&s=hpc&sprefix=planetary+herbs%2Chpc%2C151&sr=1-37

13. Licorice [if high BP is an issue use de-glycerized. ]
Helpful to protect liver during cancer chemo treatments, anti-inflammatory,anti-viral, good for hyperacidity and many other benefits

14. Quercetin
I did not know about Quercetin when I had cancer, but it sounds like something to add. Is useful for many infectious illnesses including viruses like flu or covid.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4808895/
“Quercetin, a flavonoid found in fruits and vegetables, has unique biological properties that may improve mental/physical performance and reduce infection risk [1]. These properties form the basis for potential benefits to overall health and disease resistance, including anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant, and psychostimulant activities, as well as the ability to inhibit lipid peroxidation, platelet aggregation and capillary permeability, and to stimulate mitochondrial biogenesis [2]. Therefore, there is a pressing need for well-designed clinical trials to evaluate this novel dietary supplement further. This article reviews effects of quercetin on inflammation and immunity in mental and physical performance and health.”
The two medicines below I did not try for cancer as I had no information about them.

I have met a person online in remission from melanoma who does an Ivermectin treatment four times a year to keep it in remission.

Some anti-parasite medicines have been helpful in treating cancer, difficult to get doctors to prescribe so people are using the animal version which is much cheaper and exactly the same:

Levamisole ... but more prominently reviewed: fenbendazole
What Is Fenbendazole and How Can It Affect Cancer Treatment?
https://www.fenbendazole.org/2019/12/19/what-is-fenbendazole-and-how-can-it-affect-cancer-treatment/

Source to purchase, has fenbendazole powder, exact formulation as in the human kind:

https://www.jefferspet.com/fenbendazole%20for%20dogs?map=ft

Ivermectin -I do not have any specific dosage information but this is a lot of info up the thread. It is a very safe drug. Links to info on Ivermectin and cancer. Ivermectin is commonly used for parasite infections, as well as bacterial and virus infections including covid.

Many scientific studies on the use of Ivermectin in treating cancer, here are a few:
