To: Tuscaloosa Goldfinch; All

Here is a bit of personal info from a FReeper who said I can post it.

Diagnosed 3/05/13 via biopsy with metastatic invasive lobular carcinoma HR/PR+ (breast cancer) with mets to spine found by CT scan 2/3/22.

Current Prescribed Treatment:
Palbociclib (Ibrance) 1 pill daily, three weeks on, fourth week off Purpose: to inhibit CDK4 and CDK6
Denosumab (Xgeva) Injection once per 30 days Purpose: to inhbit RANKligand and repair/strengthen bone.
Letrozole 1 pill daily to inhibit estrogen.

Unprescribed treatment:
12 mg Ivermectin every Mon, Wed, and Friday during three weeks on Ibrance. Mg based on patient weight. No ivermectin during off week.
1/2 gallon green tea per day made with purified water. Huge daily doses of natural sunlight (vit D).

Base line bone scan on 6/15/22. Findings: “No abnormal radiotracer uptake to suggest an acute or destructive
process. No evidence of bony metastases. Specifically, no abnormal radiotracer uptake at the T10 or L3 levels to correspond to the mixed lytic and sclerotic lesions seen on previous CT.”

My thoughts/logic on adding ivermectin to my prescribed treatment:

Studies suggest that ivermectin and certain chemotherapies have a synergistic relationship meaning they work better together. I could find no studies that suggested ivermectin had any effect on cancer unless paired with chemo.

Ivermectin is already being used with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Ivermectin is currently being tested to enhance prostate cancer treatment among other studies.

I am stage 4 (considered incurable), and ivermectin is said to be extremely safe. I figured I had nothing to lose and possibly LIFE to gain.

Based on the study at https://acsjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/cncr.29681range, I absolutely give credit to ivermectin as a chemo supplement.

Only 18.5 % of patients achieve NED.

The quick response of my body to NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE (4 months vs the median time to NED among those who attained it was 11 months)

I am overweight.
Patients with NED were more likely to have a normal body mass index. Only 10.8% of subjects my weight range achieved NED.

Only 15.7% of patients in my age group (age 63) achieved NED.

Only 6.3% of women in study achieved NED. I am woman hear me roar (lol).

Only 12.9% of postmenopausal women achieved NED.

Only 12.2% of patients with reoccurring cancer achieve NED (This is my 3rd cancer reoccurrence).

Lobular cancer diagnosis (MINE) achieve NED 13.6% of time.

Only 19.4% of 1st distance metastases being bone achieve NED.

Various statements by doctor and nurses re: my quick response.

I am not a doctor or physician. I am not giving medical advice. I am telling the story of my cancer treatment.

According to the above statistics, I am one lucky cancer survivor OR my treatment has been boosted by ivermectin.
