I put the hummus on top of my cut-up avocado and it’s great! I make a salad of baby spinach, cut avocado, hummus, and some lite Italian dressing. Using a food processor makes the hummus making process much easier.
Yeah, that’s how I made hummus too, but even with the food processor, it was still too much bother. (Can you tell I hate all food preparation tasks in general?)
