It looks complex, but it's just a few steps and with all your materials and things gotten out beforehand, ingredients measured, it's not difficult at all. I'l see if I can find a photo of the masher/ricer I use to press the liquid out. Well well that took me at least 10 seconds!

There may be other devices that work as well, main thing is you want to press as much of the liquid out as possible.
