I know several men who have had bad BPH numbers or whatever they’re called, plus synptoms, to get completely normal in a short time with Gokshuradi Guggulu. Herbs are amazing.

Pepto Bismol works well to coat the walls of your intestines until the bacteria passes out of your body. I had a diverticulitis attack some years ago after eating a cup of peanuts.

Metrobank.... Diverticulitus...

https://www.nhsinform.scot/illnesses-and-conditions/stomach-liver-and-gastrointestinal-tract/diverticular-disease-and-diverticulitis

I had something like that after eating some peanut butter, but it had more to do with gall bladder. ER Doctors at 3 in the AM did not examine that possibility, they just gave me Pepto Bismol and sent me home. I had health insurance at that time, but by the next time I had an attack they did diagnose it as cholecystitis, at which time I unfortunately no longer had health insurance. The next two years were not happy.

Some info about dealing with high Blood Pressure. Freepmail me to get on/off the list.

Some quick info about BP, I’d like to post more tomorrow, as many of us have BP issues. I had very low BP my whole life, so did my mother and one daughter, just natural. Then a few years ago it started to go weird, bodies age and hearts do too.

These herbs help heart health in general and I highly recommend them, I take a blend of all three daily. Detailed information is in the thread, I don’t think one has to scroll back too much to find them. Adding some cardamom is good to, a pinch with drinks. Arjuna does absolute wonders, and all three combined support each other. In fact they will calm an overactive heart and stimulate (gently) an underactive heart.

Arjuna
Hawthorne
Jatamansi

Usually my BP is now good, but in the last few weeks it hasn’t gotten with the program so well. I notice if I’m in a lot of pain it goes up, as well as any kind of personal dramas or reading a lot of horror news.

So...I have to avoid letting other peoples’ problems cause my emotions to get involved, reading horrid details of what’s going on in in the world; especially watching videos as they stir the emotions more. I also have to avoid coffee which isn’t hard as I don’t drink it often. Recent studies (yes haha) found that reducing salt intake only helps 10% of people with high BP. So unless you’re one of them, salt is fine. I use a lot of salt, otherwise I get sort of faint. Everyone’s different...

These things also help with BP.
Excercise - appropriate for age etc. Very important.
Slow deep breathing. A traditional kind of breathing excercise called Alternate Nostril breathing is very good, I do often when I go to bed, I practice sitting and then lie down to sleep. It not only helps calm the heart, but is very pacifying to the mind. It’s called Nadi Shodhana, which means “purifying the channels”. You do NOT have to sit cross legged, just make sure the back is straight and don’t worry about what your left hand does, just keep it relaxed on your knee. This can be done for some minutes, then take a break, and then do another round.

Avoid worrying. Worrying is one of the worst habits for health, it impairs the immune system, aggravates the heart (along with anger), and - doesn’t do any good! Whatever will be will be, and prayer is always a solace and can be very calming, when we take all our troubles to God.

There may be other things that help BP and if anyone knows, post them. If I find or remember more, I’ll add hopefully tomorrow.

Second for Arjuna.

If it were produced by big Pharma, it would be prescribed everywhere.

Tea and Covid - good news!

I drink about 2 cups of black tea daily and DH drinks green matcha kind. We got covid probably 3 times but it was very no big deal for us. Maybe the tea drinking helped. I thought Omicron was the one that gave immunity or something, Bill Gates-of-Hell had a sad about it.

https://www.theepochtimes.com/health/recent-study-black-and-green-tea-can-inactivate-the-covid-19-omicron-subvariants-5510803

Inactivate the COVID-19 Omicron Subvariants
Japanese researchers set out to explore various foods and ingredients that may inactivate the strain of SARS-CoV-2 responsible for COVID-19.

As COVID-19 mutates over time, variants and sub-variants different from the original SARS-CoV-2 virus emerge. A recent study, conducted in Japan, found that green tea (Japanese sencha), matcha, and black tea can effectively inactivate certain Omicron subvariants. In addition, saliva produced after consuming candy containing green tea or black tea exhibited virus-inactivating properties in vitro, rendering the virus less contagious.
The COVID-19 virus primarily spreads through the saliva of infected individuals, including asymptomatic carriers. Saliva containing the virus is released when talking, sneezing, or coughing, forming droplets and aerosols that disperse into the air.

Professor Osam Mazda and his research team at Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine in Japan believe that inactivating the virus in saliva is crucial for preventing COVID-19. Therefore, they explored various foods and ingredients that may inactivate the strain of SARS-CoV-2 responsible for COVID-19. A previous study they conducted found that polyphenols found in green tea or black tea reduced the infectivity of the virus in human saliva in vitro, demonstrating virus-inactivating properties. The polyphenols in tea can bind to the spike protein of the virus, preventing it from infecting cells.

I’ve had flu and covid, and covid was different. DH and I neither got very sick, first time I treated with my own herbs, plus Quercetin and Zinc, next time with Ivermection and my own herbs.

Covid had neurological symptoms flu doesn’t have, plus it dragged on longer. Flu (i’ve had a couple of times) comes on very sudden and intense, I felt much sicker, and got over it much more quickly.

Of course we didn’t bother getting tested. That said, I know the CDC lied six ways from Sunday about it.

To: little jeremiah; All

I was on vacation, in a hotel, and in the middle of the night got a horrible cramp in the top of my foot. I had none of my usual remedies with me, but did this: took the dry hotel bar of soap (Dial) and rubbed it on my foot. It went away. Did this two nights in a row. It worked!!!!!!!! Don’t know if it was the brand or just the soap, but I’ll be doing this forever.

I’ve read before about putting a bar of soap at the foot of the bed for leg cramps, and now you have evidence. I wonder what the mechaism is. Interesting.
