That’s the second time someone has mentioned the flax seed in the eye to get rid of a foreign object. I will have to remember that. Flax seeds when moistened make a gel so it makes sense the the object would stick to it.
Flax seeds are considered very good for breast cancer prevention and if one is getting over it but sadly every time I tried to eat them I got horrible gastric upset. Tried quite a few times. I still have a huge jar in the fridge. Maybe if I ground up in muffins, tried every other way I could think of. Yes, I am very thankful for the test results. No more doctors for me!
What are the ingredients in the doTerra’s Breathe?
More on C-herb (reposting again from the other thread):
There’s a little more to it than just dabbing it on. Like I said before, you have to scratch the skin where the mole is, scratch it until it feels almost raw, in order for the herbs to penetrate. Then apply just enough c-herb to cover the mole (a little goes a long way), and within the first 30 minutes or less, you should feel it stinging, which tells you your immune system is responding and it’s working. Cover it up with a small bandaid, and wait.
Over the next few days, the mole will turn black and shrivel up, and finally fall off, leaving a crater. The area may be reddish for a while, too. Some people put a cream on it to aid healing (I did not). The time it takes varies somewhat, because moles differ a lot - some are more superficial, and others may look small, but have a large portion hiding deeper beneath the skin. Anyway, in a few more days, the crater will fill in and your skin will be smooth again. Depending on the location and amount of pigment, you might have a white spot where the mole was. I have a lot of those here and there, but they sure beat having the moles! None of them came back. I’ve grown a few more since then, and deal with them as necessary.
Hope this was helpful. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, YMMV, etc.
doTerra Breathe contains these essential oils: Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Cardamom, Ravintsara, and Ravensara.
Thank you. I assume that is bay laurel. Never heard of ravintsara, just ravensara. I recently bought a small bottle of the latter to experiment with.
I looked into doTerra some years ago but the prices were way too much for me. Since I make blends for other people, price is a consideration. I do buy from a wholesale only company that has high quality oils of many varities, I’d like to compare quality but I’d have to buy some doTerra eos to do that.
Do you know if the C-herb works on seborrheic keratosis?
I don’t know. I had never even heard of seborrheic keratosis until I just now looked it up. ;) I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to try, and it could be tried inexpensively enough.
I may try to make my own version of C-herb. Getting ready to make a bulk herb order so I could get some of the ingredients.
Leave it to you to do such a thing! ;-)
I have to say the pippali powder has been a game changer. In such a short time, too! I feel like allergy season is over, and have a lot more energy, due to not constantly busting a lung trying to hack up garbage! I’ve been putting it in all kinds of things - juice, soup, tea - and now my husband (who has similar issues, but gets his attacks when I don’t and vice versa) is drinking herb tea with added pippali after seeing how it helps me!
I should have read the thread earlier, as it could have saved me a lot of grief if I had. Better late than never, though. I will definitely order the bulk bag next time!
Powdered pippali is not easy to find always so I keep whole pippali on hand and grind up in a small grinder.
This is a good article about treatment of Covid. Includes how to get a RX for HCQ and Ivermectin.

Curious question: What is the best way to store powdered herbs? Refrigerated? Room temperature? What type of container is best to best preserve freshness?
Glass jars with tight fitting lids, I use canning jars, and in a dark cool place. I have a large pantry room that I keep dark and is very cool, actually cold in winter. In the summer I put on a small A/C unit to keep it below 70. Heat, light and air are what removes the potency of herbs. In a warm or hot climate fridge is best but make sure lids are tight so no moisture gets in.
Thank you! This is definitely a warm and hot climate, and we only keep our AC set around 77-78, so the fridge it is. I save all of my amber glass supplement bottles, so will use some of them.

Most “alternative” medicine (chiropractor, ayervedic, Chinese, accupuncture) is pure quackery.
Sounds as though you need to start your own thread. You don’t belong on this one.
Thank you.

Yes, the Deep State is and always has been very much against alternative medicine. So much so that they’ve set up huge elaborate websites in an effort to try and debunk it for the naive commoners, and even murdered many practitioners who’d been doing too good of a job. We can’t have these upstarts taking a bite out of BigPharma’s profits, can we? Or, heaven forbid, actually curing people. The nerve!
