Glass jars with tight fitting lids, I use canning jars, and in a dark cool place. I have a large pantry room that I keep dark and is very cool, actually cold in winter. In the summer I put on a small A/C unit to keep it below 70. Heat, light and air are what removes the potency of herbs. In a warm or hot climate fridge is best but make sure lids are tight so no moisture gets in.

Thank you! This is definitely a warm and hot climate, and we only keep our AC set around 77-78, so the fridge it is. I save all of my amber glass supplement bottles, so will use some of them.
