Speaker Nancy Pelosi at a press conference in Austin, Texas, focused on new immigrants and their right to vote.
When we talk about newcomers, we have to recognize the constant reinvigoration of America that they are, that we all have been our families. And that, unless youre blessed to be Native American which is a blessing in itself that we respect but that constant reinvigoration of hope, determination, optimism, courage, to make the future better for the next generation, those are American traits.
And these newcomers make America more American. And we want them, when they come here, to be fully part of our system. And that means not suppressing the vote of our newcomers to America.

BOTH parties are using foreigners to steal our country from us.
The GOP does not care that we will be a one party state, they will just change jerseys.
Illegal immigrant, non citizen....Nope
Legal immigrant citizen...I would hope they participate in their civic engagement and vote...
Surprise, we already are.
Nancy Pelosi should have her drivers license yanked and should be put into an Alzheimers home. She’s on board with people who illegally entered our country and who are not even citizens voting in our elections? There is nothing to say except that she has turned around the bend and is not mentally competent. Neither are most of the idiots who agree with this. What other country allows non-citizens to vote in their elections? Then they cease to be a sovereign country.
This only shows what antiConstitutional/ antiAmerican lunatics she and her Leftist allies are.
The vile Botoxian has spoken!!!!
Nancy calls citizens trash and wants to replace them ?
Reminds me of when Obama said “When you vote, you are American “
Foreign national invaders have no right to vote in this country. Legal immigrants do. Omars pet monkey should know this.
One more more attempt by Democratic Crime Syndicate to destroy the USA.
“The GOP does not care that we will be a one party state,”
The GOP is the “controlled opposition” of the Progressives. They pretend to be the opposition.
Just look at the “we will repeal Obamacare” promise- when it had zero chance of going anywhere they voted for it again and again, but when they had the House, Senate and President, sudden silence. It was all an act to game us into thinking there were two parties and choices.
If they go through the process, sweear to the Constitution and were admitted by law, sure they can vote.
Graham, Rubio, Tillis, etc. are no different.
They want amnesty to seal our fate.
We MUST replace ALL Bush League Republicans.
They have been killing their babies for 45 years, of course
they need all the voters they can get.
One more more attempt by Democratic Crime Syndicate to destroy the USA.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They have been helped every step of the way by Bush League Republicans.
Where are the Republican voices arguing that an immigrant must first be a citizen to vote and that schemes such as motor voter are unconstitutional and threaten the American republic?
What the idiot doesn’t realize is that for this republic to work, all of it’s citizens must believe that the process is fair. Otherwise all bets are off and we have no trust in the process and we have anarchy and civil war.
If she is talking about new citizens, they are the most heavily documented people around. Most native born citizens just have an old paper copy of a birth certificate to prove citizenship. People who have been through naturalization have a stack of papers giving their whole history of immigration and have been required to keep their ID on them constantly for years unlike citizens. They won't have the slightest difficulty in providing photo ID to vote.
Only if they become citizens.
Foreign nationals in our country, regardless of legal status, length of stay or if they pay taxes should not be voting for our elected reps at any level.
People who are not citizens of our country owe their complete allegiance to a foreign country.
