I’m no lawyer, but isn’t it flat out fraud rather than conspiracy? I wish flaming race relations was a crime as well. As soon as this hoax came out, Kamala Harris immediately used it to flame race relations and I wrote to her WHEN it’s exposed as a hoax, I am going demand she issue an apology and I am, although like hell she will do it.
It is both.
Fraud is the actual commission of the crime.
Conspiracy to commit fraud is the active planning to do so.
