Ginsburg replaced Byron White, who was, at least by Court standards, more or less a Conservative.

If the rumor that RBG has pneumonia is true, she’s finished. She’s 85 years old, has lung cancer and pneumonia, probably only weighs 70 pounds.

With pneumonia, I doubt she’ll live more than a month. When she dies, Rat heads will explode all over the country; I’m looking forward to their agony.

The whole legal profession, including law schools, has shifted increasingly Left in the past few decades. There’s no place to get conservative jurists. A president can pick less Leftist ones, but the chances of them being traditional Originalists is very remote. They would have to be self-taught and very discreet about it.
