Report: Damning Evidence of FISA Abuse Under Obama Set to Drop
MenRec ^ | 12/08/18

A report by John Solomon of The Hill indicates that documents providing “the most damning evidence to date” of FISA abuses under Barack Obama have been requested for declassification by House Republicans.

The documents include email exchanges between former FBI Director James Comey, investigators in the Russia probe and lawyers in the Department of Justice national security division.

According to Solomon, the email conversations occurred prior to the FBI successfully securing a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, and demonstrate the intelligence community had lingering doubts about the reliability of the infamous Steele dossier.

That dossier was a key to obtaining the warrant.

“Sources tell me the email chain provides the most direct evidence that the bureau, and possibly the DOJ, had reasons to doubt the Steele dossier before the FISA warrant was secured,” Solomon wrote.

President Trump gave too much from the very beginning, bringing with him to DC the assumption that DC pols are men and women of honor. On the military/foreign affairs side, he didn't pull out of Afghanistan when he should've, he was way too accepting of the false narratives on global issues. John Bolton might well have been the tipping point. We aren't hearing any more of President Trump's peace initiatives since Bolton's been in place.

I'm wondering if some of the missteps involve protecting Jared and DonJr. That would be a shame. Being President means putting country above family.

You speculate 'pubs choosing from Romney, Rubio, Kasick. It could happen. It won't win. It would mean the dems would be at the helm for the chaos that may be unavoidable. How's it working for France with their dream"enlightened" President?

It will be redacted, no doubt. Trump should release the whole report.

Mr. Trump: YOU DON'T HAVE A HECK OF A LOT MORE TIME to use whatever chips you have. I suggest you start NOW.

Some Deep State figure needs to be made an example of, immediately.

Plan A always seems to work for them. That’s why most people in this country have no idea that Obama spied on the Trump campaign.

As long as the media is dishonest, plan A will always work. The information will come out piecemeal, and will be ignored. The republicans will not insist on prosecuting the criminal actions.

Obama’s Treason: Even Worse Than We Thought
Front Page ^ | June 7, 2018 | Robert Spencer / FRPosted on 6/7/2018 by detective

The Washington Free Beacon reported that “the Obama administration skirted key U.S. sanctions to grant Iran access to billions in hard currency despite public assurances the administration was engaged in no such action, according to a new congressional investigation.”

And it gets even worse: “The investigation, published Wednesday by the House Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, further discloses secret efforts by top Obama administration officials to assure European countries they would receive a pass from U.S. sanctions if they engaged in business with Iran.”

This revelation comes after the news that came to light in February, that, according to Bill Gertz in the Washington Times, “the U.S. government has traced some of the $1.7 billion released to Iran by the Obama administration to Iranian-backed terrorists in the two years since the cash was transferred.”

There is a law that applies to this situation. U.S. Code 2381 says: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

In a sane political environment, Barack Obama would be tried for treason. But Leftist Privilege will prevent him from ever being held accountable.(Excerpt) Read more at frontpagemag.com ...

==========================================

In a sane political environment, Barack Obama would be tried for treason. Obama has planted seeds that will be bearing bitter fruit for years, and probably decades, to come. He is, without any doubt, the worst President in American history. But there is one thing Barack Obama has on all previous competitors: treason.

Obama showered hundreds of billions of tax dollars on the Islamic Republic of Iran. There are those who say, “It was their money. It belonged to the Iranian government but was frozen and not paid since 1979.” Indeed, and there was a reason for that: not even Jimmy Carter, who made the Islamic Republic of Iran possible, thought that money, which had been paid by the Shah’s government in a canceled arms deal, belonged to the mullahs who overthrew the Shah. Likewise Reagan, George H. W. Bush, Clinton, and George W. Bush all thought that the Islamic Republic was not due money that was owed to the Shah.

Only Barack Obama did.

The definition of treason is giving aid and comfort to the enemy. The leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran order their people to chant “Death to America” in mosques every Friday, and repeatedly vow that they will ultimately destroy the United States of America and the state of Israel. How was giving them billions and helping them skirt sanctions applied by the U.S. government not treason? Other Presidents have been incompetent, corrupt, dishonest, but which has committed treason on a scale to rival the treason of Barack Obama?

The Iranians also operate a global network of jihad terror organizations, one of which, Hizballah, is quite active in Mexico now, with the obvious ultimate intention of crossing the border and committing jihad massacres of Americans. Obama has given a tremendous boost to these initiatives, as well as to Iran’s nuclear program, with his nuclear deal that has given the Iranians hundreds of billions of dollars and essentially a green light to manufacture nuclear weapons, in exchange for absolutely nothing.

There is no telling when the worst consequences of Obama’s aid and comfort to the Islamic Republic of Iran will be felt. But they likely will be felt in one way or another. Even as President Trump moves swiftly to restore sanctions and put Iran on notice that its nuclear activity and global adventurism will not be tolerated, those billions cannot be recovered, and the Iranians have already spent a great deal for their jihad cause.

However this catastrophe plays out, there is one man who will suffer no consequences whatsoever: Barack Obama. That’s Leftist Privilege. It’s good to be a powerful Leftist in Washington nowadays. Laws? Pah! Laws are for conservatives.

I'm wondering if some of the missteps involve protecting Jared and DonJr.

So do I. Even if they are guilty of nothing, they may have been threatened by the Deep State - and Trump appears to be backing off of certain policy positions in an effort to defend them.

Family can be a big a liability in power politics.

"According to sources, its expected to be as damaging as the Nunez memo..."

So what? The only consequence of this info will be five new books, no one is held accountable, and it will be all forgotten in 3 days.

You conservatives are s-o-o-o-o dam judgemental.

The Obamatons "said" they were not SPYING. They said they were just "protecting" candidate Trump.
(Sniffle).......its's heart-warming to know what a benevolent govt Obama ran (sob).

In fact, Obama deserves to be repaid in kind..... Trump should "protect" Obama, especially when Obama visits
offshore banks where he's got numbered accounts of federal tax dollars Valerie wire-transferred during his
reign. That could be dangerous for Obama......he n-e-e-d-s protection.

==============================

THIS JUST IN: The DOJ sent Intel Chair Devin Nunes a response to his requests for info on Obama's internal spying
on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, including FBI docs......this is unprecedented in US history.

Golly, I better get out my tabulator....to record the hundreds of times Obama's name is mentioned (smirk).

We’ve been told this before and nothing happened. About three months ago we were led to believe that “immediate declassification” was imminent. We were played.

He isn’t limited to just the FISA docs. He can declassify lots of other things that can help him fight back if he wants to. But so far nothing but tweets and talk.

The Deep State is many. He is but one. And the swamp is more like an ocean.

When he promised to drain the swamp I knew it was largely going to be in words rather than in deed. Trump deseres tremendous credit for taking them on but they have a stranglehold on the country now.

The reality is that we live under a corrupt oligarchy determined to control us to their benefit. They will stop at nothing to protect their interests and maintain control.

Sadly there is little will in the body politic to do anything about it.

They better hurry.

Jabba The Nadler says he will shut down the Republicans investigating the DOJ and FBI wrongdoing after the new house convenes.

Rat bastards.

Pres Obama liked to dream of mobilizing the corruption he had buried deep in the infrastructure of the govt apparat----
in DOJ, the FBI, the State Department, the IRS, the White House Counsel’s office, and so on. Obama had planted obedient insiders
to make sure Pres Hillary did not stray. The vengeful Obama's plans included severely punishing those who had dared stand in his way.

But something terrible happened.....Hillary lost.

That explains the goofy OMG face on the goon-faced Halfrican when he met the impressive president-elect.
The dirt Hillary was supposed to sweep under the rug is now in the hands of the man the Halfrican tried to destroy.

"After all we did for her, that lousy Hillary lost. "How’m I gonna get out of the mess I’m in?"
"I know, we’ll invent Russian collusion......lie like crazy.......set-up Trump to take the blame.”

I see a lot of coordinated attacks on the president. I think this is to not only break his followers but to slow down the economy- or make it appear as it is in trouble.

The left knows they cannot win with a strong productive America, because even they kinda like a strong productive America . The only thing the left likes more than stealing my money is keeping their own .

If a fake check were printed on plain notebook paper, I would question why the teller accepted it.

Who were these judges, who willingly accepted the dossier as if it were legitimate. Were they politically complicit or careless. Someone should be asking what could compel a judge to accept the dossier as justification. Could they have been pressured to comply. Do they have a skeleton or 2 that they do not want revealed. Should Congress be interviewing them to find out who was pressuring them to authorize a warrant.
