We’re on to 2020. Give Julian Assange immunity or pardon him. This is needed.

Hopefully a solid enough majority that judicial nominations can clear without the threat of Flake .... Romney may have other issues with Trump, but appears on board with the judicial nominations (many of which would have been his choices too). The new Republican Senators owe Trump a lot and should not be a problem at least for judicial nominees. The 2020 Senate class has more Republicans up for election, but really not much risk while the Dem’s will lose the Alabama seat. When RBG or another liberal Justice needs replacement in the next two years, we can have a generational change in Supreme Court rulings (and the battle will make Kavanaugh’s hearings look like a lovefest).
The House will waste so much time and energy with investigations that go nowhere and impeachment attempts that by 2020 they will likely lose much of their gains, ultimately control, especially if the fraud of the 2018 House election can be exposed.

While I hope you are correct based on the experience of the Republican held house, these are dumbles and they have an attack dog media at their beck and call. Senate pubbies are not as unified and can be easily cowed and easily treed.
A few attacks in restaurants, loads of screaming hypervenitlating stories and I am betting more of the dumble agenda gets passed than it should.
The house will investigate trump for two years for everything.
