We did you get your ERRONEOUS education ? Congress can only do what the Constitution allows and nothing more.
The Judicial Branch is there to determine what Unconstitutional and what's permitted BY the United States Constitution.
I REPEAT WHAT I WROTE EARLIER because it's VERY CLEAR:
The original wording is here: Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respectingan establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech,
or of the press;
or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,
and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
When we look at the wording for just 'freedom of the press', this is what we get: Congress shall make no law respecting ... or abridging the freedom .... of the press .
"Congress shall make NO law" ...
Well, that's very clear to me.
But what give Judges or Courts the right to "MAKE LAW" about "freedom of the press", either "RESPECTING" or "ABRIDGING" the right "of the press" ?
It seems to me that the Judges and the Courts do not have any right to "MAKE LAW" .
So, Trump should tell that Judge that he's out of line, and to enforce his unlawful ruling IF that judge thinks he has the power to enforce anything !
The Presidency is an EQUAL Branch of the government, and the Judicial branch was created as the WEAKEST Branch of Government.

Let the networks have the same access as the rest of the people.
......................................
Even up the score. For every CNN, WaPo, NYT or other reporter have its counterpart so that the reporters are 50/50. Go to smaller organizations if necessary. There is no point in maintaining over 90% of adversaries in the room.

For Cbristmas gifts to the press corps, Sarah Sanders should give all of them that book,

Yeah. I’d love to see Acosta chop the side of his hand down on Tyrus’ forearm. Or try to.

...Obama press rules.
All press questions submitted at least 48 Hours in advance in writing.
Questions selected to get presidential response will be disposed in predetermined order.
It was like that for eight years.
Many reporters quit.
Some were reassigned. A few like Helen Thomas, were fired.
The white house press hasn’t been this free since JFK.
FDR had the strictest press procedures of all mass communication era presidents of all. Among his contemporary leaders, he ranked with Stalin.
(Sorry. I moved on and didn’t grab the source)

“Obama only did rarely (have press conferences), and then in an exceedingly controlled manner.”
A couple days ago someone showed a clip of Obama having Security remove a reporter from the room when the reporter asked a question he didn’t like. That was after he said, “Oh, no, no, no. This is MY house.”

I’d like to see a decemnt amount of press conference attention being given to reporters from OAN, and even RSBN. OAN is small, and it stays small, but Graham Ledger and Liz Wheeler are wonderful. (Maybe they like being smaller; I don’t know.)
RSBN is trying, and I think they could build up a good following if they get more organized. When it comes to loyalty to conservatism and PDJT, they’re at 110%.

As I said, the President, and his Executive Branch, are not part of Congress, and can make regulations (not laws) as he sees fit.
Perhaps you should work on reading comprehension before trying to malign my education.

Let's go back to
YOUR ORIGINAL COMMENT.
"...part of Congress.
They can make any regulation they want."
What I addressed in
my comment to that had absolutely NOTHING TO DO with
"the President, and his Executive Branch" being
"a part OF Congress" .
But in YOUR HASTE, or in YOUR LACK OF COMPREHENSION, you TOTALLY MIS-READ what I wrote.
SO ... AGAIN .... I .... REPEAT :
Congress can do ONLY what the Constitution allows AND NOTHING MORE .
The Judicial Branch is there to determine what IS UN-constitutional and what IS permitted BY the United States Constitution.
WHAT I WROTE EARLIER IS VERY CLEAR: The original wording is here: Amendment I
