We need to set up a limited, highly visible and verifiable voting time and place.
The only votes that get counted are the ones cast at that place during that time.
The only allowance for absentee ballots should be active military.

This might seem drastic. Some might say what about the voting rights of people on vacation.
But every decision like this is a weighing of two sides. And the down side of not fixing our voting system will mean our country dies.
