There is something suspicious about the van Cesar Sayoc drives. The windows are covered with images of President Trump and slogans associated with Trump supporters. The graphics were apparently created by Sayoc himself.
But you have to wonder. Those van window collages had to have been laid out on a precision grid, and each item carefully sized to fit the layout. NOBODY does that by buying or printing different items at different times.
You can't just go buy off-the-shelf stickers or fliers, and then somehow get them all to line up perfectly by taping them from inside a van. It's completely absurd.
Not only were those just printed professionally, they have lots of Photoshop work too, specially the cross-hairs.
Then you have to ask, how long has he had those stickers? He lives in Florida.. those window stickers are likely less than a week old. There isn't any kind of fading in them.
Who made the window signage. Who put it on the van. how much did they cost? Simple questions no one will ask.

You’re in denial. Those aren’t individual stickers. It’s a fathead for Windows.
I’ve seen vans and cars like this too. The difference is, in the other instances I saw, the decoration was on the windows but reserved enough clear area so the vehicle could be driven safely. This was so the police wouldn’t stop them. In addition, the decoration usually extended with adhesive stickers and even painting on the sheet metal body (as well as limited decoration of the windows). And the vehicles were usually not in as good a condition as this van appears to be.
To be honest, to me, this van looks like a rental that has to be returned undamaged and the event decoration has to be limited to the windows. The ownership and registration history of the vehicle is going to be interesting. So will the purchase trail for the bomb components. Even if cash was paid, large quantity purchases (like the timers) will be easy to locate in store inventory records and index to in-store CCTV recordings.
BTW, I realize modern film printing can produce full window graphics that still preserve the driver’s view through clear micro dots. The disconnect remains. Clumsy, incompetent execution of the “bombs” and their packaging contrasts with professional and skilled execution of the van’s decorations and its limitation to just the windows.
It may all be just coincidence. However, too many coincidences at once usually rules out coincidence.
If you live in Florida you know that the AC would have to be running 24/7 to live and work in that van.
A guy with the intellect of a 14 year old who can’t even write a coherent sentence knows his way around a computer graphics program and precise banner sizing?

The van almost certainly has been repainted at some point, that’s why people think it’s new.

I find it interesting that he had all of that Trump/Pence/GOP graffiti on his van but nobody had smashed the windows, or painted over it, or some other for of lefty vandalism.

Yep. Sounds like an inside job. Maybe the guy agreed to do this as a deep stater to get off the hook for his other crimes? I know it’s far fetched, but look how far they went to try and keep Trump out of office then how far they have gone to remove him from office......
Reminds me of the plot of Jack Reacher. This whole thing is about optics: what does it look like. They look like scary bombs, but they’re not actually designed and built to function. He looks like a right wing whack job, but everything about him seems to be a new veneer. I think there’s a lot of “help” going on behind the scenes here. This is just perfect for the rats, too perfect- its got to be scripted. We need to find the person or persons pulling the strings.
I don’t know that covering side windows would get you a ticket. There are lots of work/delivery Van’s that don’t have any side windows.
Most small sign shops, a lot of which are run by conservative Trump voters, are capable of making these and these sign shops are around every corner in cities and metro areas of FL.
