What I have seen a couple of times is this.
Marrigae falling apart.
Guy moves out temporarily.
Things are going south.
Wife all of a sudden has a change of heart.
He moves back in.
She plys him with drinks.
Roughs herself up.
Calls the police for DV.
He is removed.
Bingo, She wins.
ha ive seen where they invented stuff and got the guy tossed out...
