Yes, but he's apparently now apologizing for it.

From his original report, he included a floor plan of the house which has now been scrubbed.

However, the Zillow entry for the house still has the floor plan included (click on the photo and go left through the pictures, since the floor plan is at the end). The description of the house (and the floor plan itself) shows no bathroom on the main level of the house (built in 1928). The bathroom is upstairs on the second level, right next to a bedroom.

The house matches the description of events.

I know he "apologized" for it, but just read through his Twitter string and the commentary posted here on FR since last evening, and think about what has happened here.

He's telegraphing to Ford and the Democrats that he knows more about this party and the details of the incident than what Ford has told Feinstein and the Democrats.

The apology... increases interest in a story that wasn’t getting as much publicity as it does now. ‘Scandal’ has that effect.

Garrett apparently has previously signed a letter in support of his old classmate Kavanaugh. I doubt that he is bothered by being named as the presumed culprit in Whelan’s report. In fact he may well be the source of the story.
